"Hats off to the chef who quickly proposed a new dish since there was nothing I liked among those proposed. I was offered very tender aiguellettes de canards accompanied by cooked vegetables and potatoes. We also found the dessert very good, vacherin avec fruits rouges et framboises Good wine from Savoy. Nice environment (except that the room where they sat us was less comfortable than others) Very kind staff Average price.(price 79) Advise ."

"not to miss for tasty, delicious and hearty dishes of course! but also for the ideal place just on the tracks and obviously for the very generous welcome, the smile and good mood of each employee and their kindness! be out and have a little cold (I expected mine to come back from their ski morning, equipped with a hand of hot chocolate,) nicely offered to cover me with a polar blanket! Lovely! short ts the world is in small care ... we feel well we are very well received and in addition we eat very well! ... in summary: must be! Thanks to the team!"

"This information point is very useful because we were a group of Skiers with very different levels. In this situation, it was very difficult to take packages by keeping a unit. The field experience made the difference. The 5th star would be easy to reach if all the people at the reception tried to smile a little more. The end of the season by fatigue can explain this attitude which fortunately was not daily. Bravo on the organization."

"Arriving in Aime early evening before catching the night train to Paris we wandered round and found many places not yet open before seeing the flashing knife and fork sign on Escale from the high street. Such signs aren't normally associated with good eating, but...as soon as we walked in the door we knew we had found somewhere good. Having established our train wasn't for a couple of hours the owner got us drinks in the bar area until the restaurant itself opened about We had the very reasonably priced four course set menu. Even in the Alps the scallops in the starter were good and the steak was cooked exactly the way we liked. The other options we picked were equally delicious. All in all a fantastic meal that left us just time to catch the train a few minutes walk down the road."

"It's not easy to pick restaurants when you are on ski-slopes and suddenly hungry. You can have good... and bad surprises, especially because these altitude restaurants are obviously not cheap.On this one, I must say that we were satisfied. All meals are freshly cooked there (we had the chance to have a chat with the cooks after their lunch service), it's definitely not a poor "cantine". Moreover the location is really great, on the south/west side, you can sit inside, outside on the terrace, or even "outside" under the veranda."
