"I’ve given this a one star due to the fact that I’ve eaten here on many occasions. Beautiful Craster kippers food is excellent. However, on one occasion I needed to use the toilet as I have a hidden disability. The manager unfortunately refused point blank to allow me to use the facilities even though I carry a medical no wait card due to disability very disappointed with them despite the beautiful food, and lovely atmosphere I will never eat there again."

I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, which arrived in a small ramekin and had no garnishes. I double-checked to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered a starter, as the portion size definitely didn't match the price. My 8-year-old child actually received a larger portion from the children's menu! While it tasted great, there simply wasn't enough of it. I left feeling disappointed, hungry, and a bit cheated.
