We turned up on the off chance of getting a table for seven, we had five different main courses all were beautiful and freshly cooked you definately get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and a nice environment will be going again soon. Will also be having a go on the pitch and putt first next time

They no longer allow electronic devices in the bar, which means our whole family cannot visit unless we rent office space or a meeting room. We have visited this restaurant several times over the years and have always enjoyed the food and overall experience. However, when we booked for my grandmother's 92nd birthday party with a group of 11 people this year, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, causing long wait times and a lack of attention to our table. We do not plan on returning in the future as a result of this negative experience.

I am always amazed by this restaurant and love coming here for the delicious steak and onion rings after a few rounds on the driving range. The staff is usually excellent, but my recent experience was disappointing. I tried to order my steak with mash instead of chips, but was told that they couldn't do it because there was no button on the system to add mash. Despite pointing out that it was on the specials board, they still refused to accommodate my request. It was frustrating to see that they couldn't communicate with the kitchen to make a simple substitution. This lack of flexibility and reliance on a button system was truly disappointing.

Been going to this place for Sunday Lunch (Carvery) for over 15 years and usually it is very good value for very good quality food but after Covid it has changed. We feel we have been short changed and this is why : 1. The cost has increased by 50% (now £14 were it used to be £10) 2. The offering given was very short of satisfying : dried biscuit like stuffing discs sorryful looking dried cabbage parsnips that appears to be wanting some sort of life or even to look like a parsnip what is supposed to be Cauliflower Cheese may as well had been a soup as for the roast potatoes well they were like eating a tortoise shell with a leather lining.
