"Last Friday: Mauzzi sits in the office and just doesn't get away to eat something... 12 o'clock. The stomach is noticeable... 12:30... the stomach will be loud...13. The stomach hangs in the knees...13:30 now call cookies? It doesn't help anymore...14 o'clock... in an hour is nothing more than 15 o'clock... Open! So lunch! I need something real, nutritious, not a busy forging of the boy, and just don't buy and cook at home..jaaa the spoons...ääääääähm... moment... out there is almost 30 degrees, there is a hot soup not so true... but maybe they have cold soups, is now modern. During the soup pot in the Fleischhauerstr. comprehensible summer break, the spoon in the Hüx actually offers a cold banana curry cream soup...and also vegan and glutenfei. I don't have to, but for those who need it. In the orphaned soup house comes a man Dutchman? the owner? from the back room where a radio amuses the bleak public transport situation in a soup shop at 28 degrees. Thank you for the cold soup, make a coke and sit outside. You can watch people in the cabin. The coke is cold, the soup is not as cooled as I would have wished, and I am uncertain whether it would not have cost very warm, perhaps better, but it was good. And very saturating what I needed at this moment! And so I sat there in my much too warm office outfit and my sunglasses in the burning heat before the spoon and spoon soup. So that the passersby do not think of me as a saucooler tourist from Berlin, I put my I Phone on the table so that you could see the apple well and upset me that I did not order a bionade. Or Club Mate when it's here. But back to the spoon evaluation; The soups I have tried in a warm version are good, the small shop has charm the colorfully wound foundations of the tables! and the prices are very human. A large part of the soup costs about 3 – 4€ and the drinks must also be in order, during the mentioned visit my soup and the can Cola costs almost 5€. They pay for this at Wucher Junge for a busy bread and also call coffee. The owner could be a little less word card, but maybe it was also on the heat. It's a pity that they are always at 4:00 a.m. if you don't work directly in town and make lunch break there, you don't get too much pleasure. I'm sorry to see you at 4:30. Then I can do this, except Friday, after the evening: But still 5 stars alone for the great concept that I steal at some point and export to Münster! There is something missing that students would be happy"

The food is super delicious. The spoon is sweet and small. The boss is very nice and gives good tips for Touris. There is sausage with potato salad and vegan food.

Again and again surprising soup creations that all taste great. The atmosphere is very warm and personal. I like going there. A soup plate not only heats the stomach. Very recommended!

We made a day trip in Lübeck and it was cold. Then we saw this place. When I walk in, I was greeted directly. We had the vegetable soup with chop and a potato soup with cream. Very delicious! Also a very knorcke type! Next so and only recommended! :D View menu

In the middle of Lübeck's old town in one of the most beautiful shopping streets are these small shops. It is best to go because with parking it looks very bad almost everywhere in the city. Or it's expensive. Or far away: the inner city bus traffic works excellently and in a 10-minute cycle, inexpensive. The reviews of The Mau and Misshardline actually say everything you need to know as a satisfied guest. If you get a space on the wall, you can also read the hanging Lübeck local newspaper for free. If you cannot decide which of the 4 5 soups offered is now the most tasty, you can also get 2 half. These are smaller bowls, of which 2 cost as much as a large bowl. Great service. And honestly,...

When I'm in town for lunch, I always plan a stop in the spoon! A small but fine shop with freshly prepared soups! The offer changes daily and is written on a table. There's always something for vegetarians. The portions are neat, who wants to have fresh parsley and/or coriander on the soup. Bread, crumbs can take you. So far all the soups I've eaten were super-lecker! Especially what you don't get anywhere, like curry-lens scales or carrot ginger soup, great class! But also classics such as pea soup as you choose with Bockwurst are available. The soup costs 3-4 euros, which is absolutely ok for the crowd! There are also cakes in the glass or other desserts like milk. The staff is very nice....

"Luckily, Lübeck's old town is by no means poor at individual, perhaps even family-run cafes, which are not only branches of one of the dominant bakery chains, but also provide a much more personalized hospitality with their uniqueness and charm. I have already reported about a few, and in this collection, the Cafe Hansehof cannot be missed. The cafe is hidden in an inner courtyard that can be reached via the Wahmstraße. This location alone makes the cafe a secret tip for locals who long for a quiet time away from the crowds of tourists in the warm seasons, which of course come to the more exposed cafes. In addition to many seating in the inner courtyard, the interior located on two floors also delights the guest with a very lovingly designed interior, which has a lively and unique effect mainly due to many antique furnishings. This impression is also reflected in the mind of the operator pair. At lunch in May 2017, when I visited the Cafe Hansehof, the house owner Petra Roos took care of the service. The familial hospitality that she radiated on it immediately leads to a feeling of warm welcome that illuminates the mood and makes the stay all the more pleasant. In a nice conversation, I also learned that by 2015 she had already run a restaurant called Remise just a few houses away. After the termination of the lease, she (luckily for us Lübecker) remained the queen of the Hanse and has now found a new permanent place for her gastronomic heart project. In addition to cakes, breakfast arrangements and sandwiches, it is mainly an offer of many different hearty and sweet pancake dishes, which the Cafe Hansehof has written on the flags and has also become its flagship in Lübecker Gastronomy. These dishes also made me aware of the restaurant and should of course also be my food of choice. In the high north it certainly does not seem unusual that I chose a pancake creation with reference to the sea: a salmon pancake filled with smoked salmon, sour cream, fine apple slices, rag onions and some cream merrettich. (Please click on the picture to see it in the whole. I apologise for the not exactly good quality) salmon pancakes, filled with smoked salmon, sour cream, fine apple slices, rag onions and some cream horseradish. It was already noticed at the first touch that there was really thought about the composition and the court and this was prepared with just as much heart blood. The pancake dough was not too thick or too thin and made the filling tasteful space. There was no ingredient in this, but everything complemented each other in a very good relationship. The smoke aroma of the salmon, the light sweetness and acidity of the apple slices, the slight sharpness of the horseradish, the freshness of the Sour Cream and finally the bite through the onions. Only a small pinch of salt and maybe a few additional (maybe Dill suitable for salmon) would in my opinion be missing for a completely perfect composition. Even at the end of my visit, Fr. Roos concluded this with her great cordiality. After an interesting conversation about the pancake creation and their idea of specializing in such pancake dishes with the cafe, she actually didn't want to accept my tip because I was such a nice, friendly guest for you. Of course, I insisted on wanting to reward them for this great time in their cafe, but nevertheless: How often do you find such a hospitality nowadays? I just wish the Cafe Hansehof all the best and continued stability and success. I strongly recommend that everyone be convinced of the hospitality and the quality of food they have lived here. The cafe definitely deserves to be more than just a secret tip in the Lübecker Gastronomy ."
