"És difícil explicar racionalment una experiència que afecta els sentits: menjar amb sabors ben combinats presentats en plats que semblen pintures fragants, on la vista actua com un imant. A l'Ombra d'un Sifó un paladar de menjar cuinat amb art, i també amb amor, ja que la majoria dels nostres clients s'han convertit en amics gràcies al subtil ambient de simpatia i bon humor que transmeten els propietaris del restaurant. Tot plegat assegut a l’exterior, envoltat d’amics que ocupen taules properes a la petita terrassa davant del parc anomenat Litoral, i es pot escoltar el so del mar i dels ocells que habiten els arbres veïns. L’espai per gaudir del sol càlid d’hivern i de les delicioses nits d’estiu. Gràcies, amics, per recrear un espai sempre tranquil i deliciós."

bar restaurant decorated in original form, vintage, although some of the chairs is a bit uncomfortable. you can eat tapas or dishes of the day. affordable prices. the very kind staff.

Very nice risto bar in Sant Pol De Mar. Relaxing enviroment with amazing music played bu vinile . House made food spectacular. Also the coffe it 's great!!! Also huge chiise of wine and bers. Don 't miss it if you around here.

We ate yesterday on the terrace, and I only have congratulations, both for the service and for the food. We took the stuffed aubergine and a pan of vegetables. All very tasty, tender and hot. We had taken the train from Barcelona to eat at the more famous Carme Ruscalleda. Being early we wandered and stumbled upon this great little bistro. We sat outside in a very relaxed atmosphere. This place has a certain music style which appeals to older people: Tubular Bells was playing on arrival and then all manner of less well known, to us, tunes. Though we did not eat the menu looks great and is presented in old double LP covers a nod to the culture here. The whole experience was very friendly and we could have stayed longer.
