"high-level restaurant located in the market / wheat area in the balnessetta center. the appearance of the restaurant is very traditional and elegant, you have to ring a bell to access the restaurant, there are two or three rooms with few tables and exposed stone walls. the menu includes traditional local dishes or reworked with ingredients from the surrounding areas. to have an overview of the local products I ordered a small rustic appetizer (x per person) to follow a great and especially cooked at the right point. cut of spider buffalo with artichokes, interspersed by a sorbet mint and chocolate drops offered by the house, I ordered an exceptional cannolo dessert that made me stay speechless. the service managed by the owner is really nice and professional, I was explained the dishes and especially without being intrusive managed to interact nicely with all the adventurers. the wine of the house is good, although I would have liked the alternatives as wines served in the glass. quality is paid in fact prices are higher than other restaurants on the square but definitely lower compared to similar realities in other regions."
