"next to the enclosed romantic retro-Bistro-Chez-Valerie has visited the cuddly bauern-fulls several times since the opening 7 years ago, again and again enjoys the original atmosphere in this original, old mood. the small standard menu offers, in addition to the Swabian, sometimes also asatical and French daily dishes. so there is free day (if no cooking course is organized also bouillabaise. after the order came as a greeting from the kitchen an airy, small bacon-flame cake, which optimally shortened the waiting time. the bouillabaise (incl. speckflakes kuchen 18,50 came in an environment-fitting, large terrine with creative (for 3 pers. . but unfortunately we only tasted a clear, lush fish soup, with rouille and tasty roast bread served the better name for it would have been fish soup to kunstbouillabaise. aside from that: very dissatisfied that there is no more wine card (which, although the friendly service goes down, what gives: 0.25 l 4.50, scorle 0.25 l 3.50 does not go in this country! this time my fourth star only for the rustic-romantic environment (which certainly does not like everyone. if yes: reserve (if s grad gives: especially for coq au riesling mmmh, but pure hip gold!"

like the romantic retro Bistro Chez Valerie in the adjacent part of the building (with in the summer table before). The changing, not very extensive menu offers Swabian, Alsatian and French dishes. Recommendation for Farmer's Stüble: Book and Coq au Riesling (if this is grad)!

Waren im Kochstudio. Wir hatten jede Menge Spaß, konnten viele Fragen stellen und haben so einiges gelernt. Belohnt wurden wir mit einem sehr leckeren Essen das wir unter Anleitung selbst zubereitet haben. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen der auf der Suche nach einer Abendgestaltung ist.

The restaurant is very cozy, almost too full with Nippes. Below the ceiling there is a model track that is special. The map is small, but good. In addition to small dishes such as flame cake, there are also meat dishes. The portions are enough for great hunger. The service is friendly. Small shine: the typical Alsace dishes have become less. Einfach nur gigantisch! Wenn es hier 6 Sterne zu vergeben gäbe, dann würde ich dies tun! So gut gegessen habe ich schon lange nicht mehr! Den Coq au vin kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Das Fleisch war super zart und geschmacklich auf den Punkt genau! Mega lecker! Ein Gaumenschmaus! Das Restaurant ist mega urig und mit so vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet mega schönes Flair und Ambiente! Ich habe mich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. In keinem Restaurant gibt es so viel zu entdecken Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Einfach klasse! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
