"An exceptional experience. A waitress who doesn't know the dishes or cocktails and can't advise. No choice for who does not eat meat/fish, except a roast of vegetables... Well cooked salmon but accompanied by a sauce rather worthy of a pork roast and which breaks the whole taste of the fish (can be done on purpose?! . And finally too expensive for what it is. 36€ for 1 entrance to share (in 5 1 dish 1 cocktail."

Very nice discovery on Lyon. I also appreciate the concept and quality of products. Being a great lyonnais restaurant lover However, I note a few apartments: the height of the tables slightly low and can enjoy eating music it is too strong when sitting at the entrance of the establishment. In addition, food is very good. All this for an excellent value for money.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
