We visited for a birthday meal and the food and experience was great. Bombay Chicken was soo good, spicy but some flavoursome not just hot. We had a great time and would 100% recommend.

This is a family-owned restaurant. We were informed that there was a wait due to it being busy, but we didn't mind. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The choice and quality of food is brilliant, we have been a few times recently and had good service also. We feel really fortunate to have this place within walking distance from home and will certainly keep coming back, View menu

EXCELLENT! We went to a well known Indian Restaurant on Father's Day and paid twice the price for half the value and quality. Our takeaway-Lamb Dum Biryani and Chicken Jalfrezi was delicious, the naan bread best we've had. Whatsmore it lasted two days!! Sauces hot so some may prefer to ask for milder. Thoroughly recommend.

Quite often Indian is served as a few lumps of meat swimming in a sea of sauce. Our food here was excellent, with plenty of it too. We ate a chicken dish a lamb dish. We loved them both. The staff were friendly and welcoming in all departments. This was our first visit to this establishment, but it certainly won't be the last.

My husband and I came for a meal on Thursday and were extremely impressed. We arrived without a reservation and were surprised to see how busy it was. However, once we tried the food, we understood why. The food and service were excellent, and the Naan bread was probably the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Mantra. I stopped by this restaurant for dinner while on a business trip. The staff was lovely and the food was delicious. I took advantage of their special 2 for 1 deal on traditional curries on Sundays which made the meal very affordable. The decor was simple and comfortable, and I appreciated the quality Denby crockery they used. They also welcome children, so we will definitely be bringing the whole family next time.

I have teavelled and worked in Asia, the Middle East and Worldwide etc many Indian restaurants visited in the Stoke area, this is by far the worst Indian Restaurant I have been to. The setting was rather nice, the staff who served us pleasant and nice. The food however tasteless and bland, the owner disengaged. I didn't complain at the time as it wasn't my gig or to upset the company I was in, all 8 people were not happy. Would we go here again? Most definately not, there are by far much better places around the Stoke area. And as one reviewer has already mentioned it was cold, very cold

This was a quick meal out for two, and our first visit to this restaurant. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, with attentive staff; especially the owners, who take a real pride in the place. There are some really interesting dishes, but we were in the market for a traditional curry; chicken jalfrezi for me, and lamb balti for my wife. The food was absolutely delicious. The jalfrezi deserves a special mention; there’s plenty of chilli heat, but that only complements the real depth of flavour. It’s not the hottest thing I’ve eaten, but it is certainly the tastiest hot curry I’ve come across.
