"I would never go there again. the staff was useless and the manager was cured, surly and had no maniacs. he was just nice after we complained to his manager. No one of the employees has a note. they were not asked at any point whether we wanted tee during lunch. annoying for me when I had booked this family affinity for my mother's birthday. huge disappointment and no real deprivation. the manager was friendly, but did not contact me after that. had to pay an extra £5 for anyone who wanted more (cheese and stale) sandwiches, and that, my father had a whole klove garlic in his sandwich. what a total sweat and waste of our time. never, never again!"

Excellent food and service. As it was a very quiet Monday evening the restaurant was somewhat lacking in atmosphere but this did not spoil our enjoyment.

Although the staff and food were pleasant we waited a long time to be seated despite having a reservation and there was no ambience in the restaurant at all.

Unfortunately the Mayfair Lounge Grill had not received our booking so were not expecting us. The Lounge was fairly empty though so there was plenty of room for us.

As with other comments, the reservation could not be found but I had checked several times. Food was good but service a little slow. I liked the quiet atmosphere as we were able to catch up and hear our guests.

When we arrived we was told that they had not received our booking though top table but they did manage to seat us even though the restaurant was half empty . the food was lovely but the service was very very slow and it was only 8 at night it was such a shame as it seemed like a nice restaurant

Poor and very slow service. They couldn’t find our booking initially, then had to wait while they found us a table, the place was near empty. Huge wait to order then receive our food My fish was dry and burnt and I only ate it as I was ravenous and with no time to find an alternative before our show started Terrible never to return

very slow service, booked for 12, was not allowed up to 12:20. it took 15 minutes to order and we reported the waitress that we had to go to our theater show at 2, steak was nice, then dessert took 30 minutes to get out, so we had to go before it was served. we only have two courses and had to get out. would not recommend unless they have planned nothing for the day. 2 hours should have been enough for 3 courses because the tables were practically empty and 5 employees looked at our table. disappointed for the money as we also spend £45 there on voucher for 2 courses.
