"I think being in a big city like Mannheim should consider the fact that at least people which are taking your order in ‘international big fastfoods’ should speak english ! The women was not even able to understand . It took like 10 mins trying to explain what i want. Cleanliness wise disaster , tables not wiped , trays full of food . Considering the fact that we live in pandemic times .. i think you should not stop to eat there. Personall attitude and friendliness : 0 . Even with their german people . Poor . Just skip it ."

As a tourist I was not happy being kicked out by the cleaner because sit in was closed and I did not understand German ...food and service was good.

It took more than 45mins for my order...after following up on counter the order was delivered and after that many items were missing in the order..they forgot my order.

eating ordered in the value of almost euro and no single menu was complete!? pommes were completely forgotten!!! no one goes to the phone? accordingly no refund possible. just a cheerful!! View menu

Nice place for burgers and cafe. Some of the crew are arrogant and I didn't like the way they respond for your questions. They are always in. Other than that, the place is really nice and located in the heart of the city.

eh, that's a little dirty, but I guess it's the frequency of customers that makes it difficult to clean up. service is fast and friendly, quite spacious, but many people there at the weekends. prices seem to rise a lot lately. this could not be a problem of this particular location, but mcdonalds itself.
