"The food was made for delivery using the mcdonalds app, this was delivered in really good time and no issues with the delivery. The issue is that the food was cold, as in no warmth to it at all, on top of that the meals had fries missing. Tried to call the restaurant over and over but it just rings with no answer. After calling uber eats, as the issue is not with the delivery and is an issue with the food,they advised it has to be taken up with the restaurant. I never expect food to arrive hot from macdonalds but to be litrally stone cold tells me its just been made and placed on the side for far too long before the delivery driver has arrived to collect. Very bad quality of food and very poor service from an espect of being able to get in touch with the restaurant, i will call the general customer service tomorrow when the open the phone lines."

I come to this place very often and this has been a very poor experience out of them all and the floors/atmosphere was disgraceful and nobody was there to take my order and the orders of many others, I was appalled at the service as well because I had to wait 14 minutes for my 3 burgers! I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. They are quick to take your money, but when my order was delivered, half of it was missing, and the food was inedible. When I reached out to the restaurant, the manager was unhelpful and told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should contact Uber instead. It seems they don’t actually prepare the food or handle the orders; they only deliver it. Service: Delivery Meal Type: Dinner.

Food was cold, the chicken nuggets, chips, and chicken mayo sandwich tasted like rancid oil. Head office offered me meal vouchers, because obviously when something is bad you come back for more! I’d give it a zero rating if I could, the staff are terrible and the food inedible. McD’s isn’t fine dining so expectations aren’t high, but they do have decent outlets, this is definitely NOT one of them. "Lovely meal, excellent staff but had to wait too long for our table, arrived at 1945 for our 2000 booking, we waited 15 minutes at the bar for a drink as previous customers wanted cocktails and it was 2115 before we were seated, the starter arrived pretty quickly but had to wait ages for our main course, just before 2200 and our dessert arrived at 2235. I appreciate that it was a Saturday evening but it was a birthday celebration. We will visit again, just not on a Saturday."

"Great place to visit. Very kid friendly. Makes for the perfect spot to go for a drink break, lunch or a breastfeeding stop with baby (sofas are a godsend)! Good variety of drinks, lovely hot chocolate! Food is always delicious. Customer service is always great. And it is probably the nicest decor I've ever seen in an eating establishment. So quirky! "Dinner We travelled to the area to attend my Brothers Wedding. We arrived on Friday afternoon with Dinner booked for 6:30pm that evening. We booked the Hotel based on the reviews on the Restaurant. We thought we would travel down a night early to enjoy a lovely date night at the highly rated Restaurant. The Hotel is phenomenal and we do not have a single bad word to say about both the amenities and staff of the Hotel excellent! We arrived at the San Pietro restaurant at 6:30pm for Dinner and were seated at our table. Upon arrival, our table was hounded by flies and mosquitoes. My Husband was bitten on the face by a mosquito leading to a welt developing on his face. Obviously, we cannot expect the staff to control the ecosystem, but the volume of flying creatures was certainly alarming. After ordering, we waited an hour for any food to arrive, while other tables had had several courses brought out and cleared away in this time frame. Just before the food arrived, we had finished our bottle of wine, and my Husband was naturally quite frustrated, so got up and spoke with a lovely staff member and addressed both the flies/ mosquitoes and our long wait on food. We were moved across the restaurant to another table and our food was brought out. Again, this is after an hour of waiting for our food. The food was okay. We ordered our dessert, which came out in a timely manner, ate, and left after over 2hrs of being inside the restaurant. Breakfast Again, another disappointing experience. We had upgraded to the cooked breakfast to prepare us for a long day at the Wedding. You have to pre order, and confirm a time slot to attend. We chose 9am. We were made that if we wished to cancel the cooked breakfast, it must be well in advance of our time slot we assumed this would be because the food would be ready for our appointment slot or soon after and therefore would be a waste of food to cancel too close to the appointed time slot. We arrived at 9am sharp, were not greeted for a little while, then we’re just told to take a seat at any table and take anything we’d like from the continental breakfast buffet. The buffet 3 bowels of fruit, some cereal, and some warm yogurt. We sat down for breakfast at the same time as another Gentleman also staying in the hotel. We again waited, and waited, and waited for our cooked breakfast.. The Gentleman who sat at the exact same time as us, was served his cooked food, ate, and left before our food even came out. After 45 minutes, our food arrived. Cold eggs, solid and inedible bacon, and the rest was barely warm. The food looked and tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier, and had been sat under a hot lamp for the rest of the morning. While we were attempting to eat our Breakfast, a member of the staff (we assumed one of the Chefs) was loudly selling his restaurant decorations to a group of other diners directly behind our table. They were pointing out decorations they wanted from the restaurant, one of which was a lamp located on the windowsill directly behind my Husband. The guests leaned over him to admire this, while we were eating the team member then fetched a new one from his stores for them. Obviously, the team/ staff cannot be responsible for other guests’ actions, however, we were also paying guests at both the restaurant and hotel and feel the team member who was conducting his business in breakfast restaurant should have directed the guests away from tables eating to have this interaction. Overall, extremely disappointing and not worth the hundreds of pounds we spent on the Restaurant. We paid, because we are honest and honourable people, and chose to book a table. We also cash tipped our server at Dinner, on top of the 10% service charge, because he did a fantastic job and was extremely polite and courteous. Your servers should not be subjected to complaints which have occurred due to issues out of their control which is why we made comments politely at the time, and ensured our server knew we were extremely happy with his service"
