Then I was told that I had the right sauce in it and that I had to click correctly in the app. Since I had proof that I was right, I showed it to you. They exchange the sauces but there was no apology. And the most blatant incident, there are ice cream sundaes with a deposit. If you return the cup you should normally get the deposit back. However, they didn 't want to give me the deposit back because the cup was allegedly damaged. We received the cup as is, ate the ice cream and even rinsed the cup and brought it back. The woman just said I didn 't want to argue and gave me the deposit back. When I asked support, I got this answer: We actually don 't take back damaged cups. We have to dispose of them and this incurs costs for us. I 'm sorry, what? Never again. I had an MC Sunday with strawberry sauce and meat supplement. The reaction was... on the ice it is not when the worm is in the sauce. An ice cream from the same machine was left as a warrant. I declined thankfully and demanded my money back. Hygiene and customer service is different.
