"Had to wait 15 minutes for service because the computer was down which is fair enough these things happen but all seemed absolutely fine for staff who walked up and ordered no problem much to the bemusement of the growing queue. Horrible communication then ensued from behind the counter as to what was happening as customers eventually found out that orders could infact be made,people at the back were being served before those at the front and no one knew what was happening. I gave my order which was moved on to someone literally three feet away who got the order wrong missing out two main items which I only discovered when I was down the road. No napkins or sauces I asked for and the food was cold. I realise the staff are over worked and I fully understand that there was a technical problem but the basics of communicating with customers and getting an order correct should be priority. Poor again from this particular Macdonalds."

awful service. kids running around staff came in the toilet and opened the door on my daughter when she was pulling her pants down. she was humiliated. the staff obviously don’t care about their customers View menu

It pays to check your order at the drive through window as its the third time my order has had items missing now. They expected me to go back at my expense or offered to replace the whole order if I took all the food back after people had started eating.

I stopped in for a burger before heading to the movie theater. The ordering process was fine and our food arrived promptly. The burgers were hot, but the fries were lukewarm, suggesting they may have been sitting out for a while. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Ordered 6 wrap of the day meals to go inside the store as drive through was only accepting cash. Patiently waited for order and noticed that it was not on the screen (was stood next to the pickup point) asked about it and was told that we didn’t identify ourselves when they shouted it out. So, finally received our order, with slightly melted ice cream and drove home. Once at home, found that none of the meals had chips, it was just wraps and drinks… advice of the day, always check order in store View menu

I arrived at the restaurant, placed my order, and 15 minutes later it arrived cold, even though we were dining in. I returned it and waited an additional 10 minutes for a slightly warmer meal to be served. I finished my hot drink, went to the restroom, and left. Two weeks later, I received a £170 parking ticket for exceeding the one-hour limit in the car park by 12 minutes. The experience was disappointing and overpriced - the coffee was good, but not worth the extra cost. This incident reminded me of the film "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas. Although I have no plans to go on a rampage, I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I ordered a double cheeseburger savor meal deal from the drive-thru for the advertised price of £4.79. The meal deal includes a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a drink. However, when I got to the checkout, I was charged £5.15. I asked why the price was higher than advertised and was told that the coffee drink I ordered was not part of the meal deal, so each item was rung up separately. This was not explained to me when I ordered, and the meal deal description did not mention that coffee was not included. This hidden charge is deceptive and should have been made clear. I refused to pay the extra charge and changed my order to just a coffee. This type of sneaky pricing tactic should be...

"Attended a family wedding here recently. The restaurant, the location and the facilities were top notch, I think you would have to work hard to improve on what they have achieved here. However, the bar staff in the first floor function suite leave much to be desired ! Their attitude and reaction to the wedding guests during the wedding reception and evening event should definatly be improved ! It began with the sullen faces of the waiting staff during the reception , most should learn how to smile only one lady waitress blonde hair new starter was polite and smiled give her a job in staff training We asked for a bread roll during lunch, to be told, only for guests who have ordered soup ! Eventually after asking again they brought two over for the brides father... The evening event was a challenge when we struggled to understand why the part bottles of wine had disappeared from the table, when most of the guests were drinking spirits and beer etc. The penny , or should I say the C £17,000 dropped when the waitresses were removing full glasses of drinks from the table without checking! When challenged , the nonchalant response was to place the drinks back on the table and march off like petulant teenager! Our dismay was amplified the following day during a conversation with the restaurant manager told us , that 's what we do, If you need to keep your opened bottles of wine on the table you need to let us know , otherwise they will be removed! oh, so the wine is cleared along with the newly poured drinks too then? I don 't think we, or anyone else we know have ever been to a restaurant and even thought to tell the waiting staff not to take the half bottles of wine away before they have been emptied ? This usual practice was not discussed when we booked ! A cynic could suspect they re sell the newly recovered wine by the glass. This said, the manager did compensate with two bottles of the brides choice , so thanks for recognising the issue. But please consider NOT removing part bottles etc without checking in the first place."
