"Hello dear readers!!! Now I have to tell the bitter truth, this McDonald ́s is a branch in free fall!!! This store needs DRINGEND a complete restart, a restart!!! Every time you get angry. The burgers often warm up too long before you get them on the tray. The reels are dry like the fish part in the fillet or fish. The taste is simply pale. The service is still ok, but in school and on Saturday the snake goes to the store. This is an open shop running over franchise. Such something can work well, but it does not work well!!! I hope that the restart will soon take place with a system like other new moccies in Berlin, with waiting numbers and very fresh burgers then, as well as a new coffee machine at McCafe there. Right now, that's a number that's not nice. And I just go there because there's not much fun in the Borsighallen anyway, except in the subway. The whole halls in the Borsigturm also need a relaunch!!! The whole thing is no longer contemporary, these Mäccies there!!! I'm sorry! My tip: Visit McDonald ́s at Kurt Schumacher Damm. In the underground station Kurt Schumacher Platz, which is already newly renovated!!! : And 1000x better!!! You ww.: Nothing but the Woahrhaid!!! ; 1 star is hard, but unfortunately justified!!! McDonald's is always good ... But nowdays their food is not that great taste compared to earlier days. Hope they will satisfy customer needs. but when it comes to service.. one of the best I ever had.... I will visit again with my friends.. thank you

I'm not a fan of this place as the staff are quite abrupt. It's not overly busy when I'm there so I'm not sure why they are so stressed. Very rarely visit any more despite it being next to where I study... mainly due to the way I've been spoken to. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Well, it's not a star restaurant now, but it would be very nice if at least someone can take a look at the tables and wipe them off quickly if needed. Otherwise, the McDonalds are very busy in the Borsighallen despite all criticism. You only have a waiting period because the employees cannot keep all cash at the same time. I personally like my burgers and pommes hot. Here's some refreshment.

Ended up writing a complaint email about this place. Some staff are really friendly but the rude ones outweigh them in number. Wrong menus on show and staff got angry when I asked for something no longer available but still advertised. Tried to charge me for a burger costing 4 x the price as it was the only other veggie burger available. Asked for a manager and he simply turned the sign around. No sorry no alternative offered. Another time my friend was shown one price for a milkshake and charged a few euros more because she was having a flavoured, rather than plain milkshake. This despite having asked the price before ordering. Not great service. Received a reply to my email but no real apo...
