Decent food, friendly, polite and professional staff, always packed which is a good sign with an eatery.

Stopped by for lunch with daughters,lt was very busy.This mcdonalds does not have toliets l was disappointed.

What ever you do don’t order home delivery from here. It’s not hard and you don’t need that much of an education to get it right. It this place can never get anything right

I don’t expect gourmet food from McDonald’s, it’s cheap fast food I get it but their world famous fries should be served as they were intended hot fresh and crispy I got cold and cardboardy which to be fair makes a change from cold...and limp. Not the end of the world but didn’t make for a great tasting meal better luck next time I suppose

The merry hill centre opens at on a Sunday and we have gone to the branch near Primark. But this is closed now so we had to go to one by Disney store. I checked online and it was opening. But when we...got there they had finished breakfast as they opened at They do breakfast for half an hour. So we had plenty of tables to choose from to eat burger and chips at

I visited this restaurant to grab a drink. Despite a queue, we were served quickly by the friendly and efficient staff. The girl who took our order and the one who handed us our drinks were both pleasant. The restaurant was quite busy, so we sat on the high seats by the window. A staff member promptly came over to wipe down the messy surface for us without us even having to ask. It was very efficient and impressive. We ordered tea, coffee, and a milkshake, and everything was good.

In the perfect location after a long few hours shopping nothing better than a well served mackie d -McDonald’s. Had a chocolate milkshake which was really cooling, sweet and delicious. Had my usual Big Mac. This tasted really good as always, my fries were cooked...fresh just the way I like them. It was very busy I had to queue for minutes then we had to wait about minutes for food but that was ok and a staff member brought it to our table. The staff are really busy but always manage a smile. Would def recommend great for kids and good value!

We don't often go to McDonald's because I have to watch my weight, but we visited the Merry Hill Centre to do some clothes shopping. As a treat, we decided to visit McDonald's at Merry Hill. We had to wait in line for a few minutes, but once we reached the door, we were greeted by a friendly female staff member with a ponytail hairstyle. She was extremely nice and explained the new system and where the hand sanitizer was located. The restaurant was clean, the staff were efficient, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
