"in the frame of the offers “Hamburger schlemmer Sommer” we visited the restaurant MELDELSSOHN ́S in the newlivinghome, because the menu offered corresponded to our specifications. a park house were in the immediate vicinity.In front of the restaurant there was a large, appealing outside area, which despite the direct position on the strongly driven road was inviting and quiet through a high heck.We were assigned a nicely covered table in a corner of the restaurant. After a long waiting period – but with a nice apology – we were served a selection of brot, oil and sea salt and the beverage order was received.In the meantime, the restaurant filled and we became aware that this was part of a hotel with a connected senior residence. all the guests 70 were certainly a commendable concept, nevertheless: whether I – even a seniorin – would have chosen the restaurant for a dinner if this circumstance was known, I cannot answer. In the meantime, the noise level rose very much due to an event in the foyer open towards the restaurant.In general, the menu did not match our expectations and was quite expandable, which was not only at the long waiting times between the courses and could not be absorbed by the extremely friendly and dedicated service. only the sorbet cassis, which dessert and the abschl. cheese plate was able to convince us.Due to our assessment before location, we were offered a coffee and a degistif according to request.We comforted that we had a multi-course menu at the price of 32.00 €/pers. I don't think they could expect. also prices for beverages >0,2 ltr. chardonnay 5,60 € / gl. prosecco 3,90 € / double espresso 4,40 € / 0,25 ltr. water €2.80 > was averaged."

Very friendly staff and a good selection of food and drinks leave a Covid almost forgotten. Thank you for this beautiful and relaxed evening! By the way, the asparagus dishes are highly recommended!!!

the deer of Christmas was tender and delicate. the sosse a little heavy and salty. in red cabbage, the cook should practice again. in large and whole was the menue in order. the waiting period between the starter and the main course too long.
