Good food and good service . Very reasonably priced and good location . Locals seem to eat here which is always a good sign .

I was waitreses when I visited and of them were angry and talking thrash behind our backs. I even got a bit of plastic in my food and still had to pay for it (I complained).

we've gotten in for a nightcap. we had a caipirinha and limoncello. they were both very sweet and not as we usually know. yet the ambiente was missing and it just didn't do it for us.

i loved this place so much ive been there many times the waiters are great and even tho the waiting is a while its worth it because their food is so good i especially love their breakfast

amazing place with a big bartender. Alexis, I think her name was so nice and very nice to talk to her. she was very helpful and easy to communicate. I enjoyed my time here because of her.

friendly service, but bad kitchen: terrible latezle, cold pasta, salat was good. the target audience is probably the pupils, the more attention to quantity than quality will not go there again

Food is terrible, service is even worse and very slow. The location is really nice so if you are just going for drinks and do not mind waiting for ever to get them, i would recommend but to eat no way

interiou reminds of an art deco café and a corner of the square they built a very comorable and welcoming beer garden. good typical German pub foods such as carving and salads. if they order food before there are special prices!

The first few days of my Heidelberg visit, I used this cafe bar for afternoon drinks and evening meals outside on the plaza enjoying the warm summer nights. The French waiter, who spoke English and German was very good, encouraging further visits. However, I made...the mistake on one rainy night when the outside plaza was closed, to sit inside for a meal. The staff were horrible, the food cold and uncooked and the drinks were watered down. When I complained, I was met with hostility and even physical intimidation and they insisted that I pay for all food an drink they had served. Staff including the manageress were walking from the kitchen into the bar area chewing on chicken pieces and snac...
