"Today we had made an excursion to the castle Nymphenburg and the restaurant Metzgerwirt was already in the eye on the way. After a small walk, the staff were very friendly. Here you can choose the table yourself. My choice fell on a Schnizzel Viennese style with roast potatoes and salad. You could choose between pig and turkey. The carving of the pig was very finely prepared. A true pleasure also the roast potatoes and salad. Price and performance are consistent here. But the portion is clear. Operation was top. The only point of the annoying were the invading wasps. But the host can't do much."

There is something special and cozy inside, feel like at home. Classic food and very good quality. Service is also friendly and fast. Augustinian beer is a big plus, very fresh and tasty.

Delicious food. Nice ambience. You can fool. It looks small on the outside, but it is quite large inside, and in summer it opens a dining area outside a beer garden. Tried the scalop with asparagus and wakame. It was delicious! View menu

Servus, we were with the family at lunch on Sunday. What should I say the operators friendly, the quality and size of the food very good and the price is absolutely justified. I can only recommend the butcher host if you want to eat good German Bavarian cuisine and the pig roast is only recommended....

So we cannot understand the negative recessions The food was first class sensible the portions and the operators were friendly and fast. Our waiter was super nice and in the Bavarian hostage derf a like to gredt in the dialect. If we are happy to come back soon and would recommend it to every reasonable person View menu

Full score! It was our retrospective highlight in Munich. We haven't been so tasty and friendly on any other night. Giant portions, all super delicious, what you want more. Can't understand the negative comments either. With us the service and the food was perfect. At the next Munich Trip we are happy to come back!

I fought here for the scavenger by a working mate, and a pleasure that we came. Outdoor garden seats are abundant when the weather is correct. The German menu is printed, the English menu is printed via a QR code and easy to handle. The waitress changed between 5 languages and treated things very well with a busy night. Will definitely go back.

München, lively Bavarian city, famous for Oktoberfest, serves traditional dishes like pretzels, Weisswurst sausage, and hearty pork knuckles with beer.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
