"Hello, if I could put 10 stars, I'd put them without hesitation. We booked a table for 2 with a wonderbox, already, the gentleman that I had on the phone for the reservation was very nice and pleasant, and during our arrival in the hostel, the welcome was perfect, this gentleman was very pleasant and nice, then we had the good surprise to have a wine to the orange, a first dish as a way of entry, we took delicacies of the Royan dessert It's our 2nd wonderbox meal in 2 different restaurants and I can say that the 2 aren't worth it, here we have a perfect evening, a delicious meal, in a warm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for us. Thank you again, gentlemen Jérémie and Justine"

"Habitant une commune avoisinante je suis allé plusieurs fois au Bistro du Clos depuis son ouverture. Au début le menu qui était à 23€ présentait des plats simples mais originaux et de très bonne qualité culinaire. Depuis ce menu est passé à 26€ et la cuisine y devient assez banale en témoigne les entrée proposées hier soir: salade de tomate ou gaspacho (très bon) ou tranche de pâté de campagne. Au plat principal on trouvait un colinot aux petit légumes (de bonne qualité) ou du suprême de poulet ou une daube de boeuf. Le service est assuré par de très jeunes filles peu professionnelles et qui mériteraient de sourire d'avantage. Au total, si le prix reste raisonnable, on a moins l'envie d'y retourner plus souvent devant la banalisation des plats proposés. Le cadre restant toutefois très agréable: la terrasse un soir d'été est un plus appréciable."

"I found out here the Provencal ioli. I didn't know him at all, I wanted to taste a local dish. small garlic mayonnaise, fish, shrimp and steam cooked vegetables (hot or cold served). I imagined myself in my fantasy of greedy something else, but it was good and I at least discovered a rarity in the region; A local dish."

"My wife and I ate at this 1* Michelin restaurant on the edge of Grasse in Maganos last night, and it is by far the best new discovery in the Côte d’Azur we have come across this summer. The restaurant is family owned and operated, featuring Sébastien Giraud as the head chef and his wife Madame Giraud as the maître d’. The location offers a beautiful view down through the valley of Grasse, and it is relatively quiet even though it is on a main artery into Grasse from the east. There are only 15 or so covers, and this – in my opinion – is a benefit to patrons both in terms of quality of food and service. The food was absolutely excellent. It is not fussy per se, but features local seasonal ingredients, which is obvious from the first dish. It is creative as well, but not in a way that gets in the way of the taste of the food. On offer is either a 3- or 4-course dinner, at prices of €39 and €55. For quality of the experience, this is outstanding value. Wines are readily available by the bottle or glass, with the latter offerings well-matched with the food and not “over-the-top” expensive. I had fresh tomato and crabmeat starter, followed by the turbot, then a smoked chicken in a lovely broth, and a marvellous finisher, opting for cheese rather than desert. The cheese was special, in that it was a creamy and rather light cheese mousse with summer truffles. All dishes are modest in size and prepared with seasonal (and locally-sourced) ingredients, garnished in a way that makes the flavours come to life. Nothing about the food was disappointing! The service was also excellent, with Mdm Giraud assisted by her very capable son in serving diners. Both French and English are spoken. There is no air at all about this place, which is casual and inviting. With outstanding food, excellent service, a pleasant ambience, and good value, Au Fil du Temp is one of the best finds in this region I have come across in some time, and I highly recommend it."

"Beautiful place whit great food. When you see this restaurant on this beautiful street you just have to sit down. We had that feeling and we did not make any mistake. We did a great meal whit wonderful wine and great and easy service.Try to sit outside on the small but very nice tables than the plesaure is more greater. In the end this little town is so beautiful so that impression are more wonderful."
