"My friend and I had such a lovely time the first time we visited the Mirror room for tea a couple of years ago, we jumped at the chance to experience the new “Kusama” inspired version the service is as good as ever! The food met our high expectation but didn’t exceed it. At least the quality is consistent and you have somewhere reliable to go back to if you want to take a friend for a good catch up they never rush you."

the service was excellent. the salvador dali in the afternoon was amazing, there was a lot of eating so ready. the ambiente was very complementary and added a great jump back to a fabulous day. the tea options were large, some require an additional fee. I will return

The service was fantastic! Every staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant. However, the food did not justify the price we paid, so we will not be returning for a meal. The tea, on the other hand, was delightful and the variety of options was satisfying. We may consider returning just for the tea.

The staff were very welcoming courteous. Impeccable presentation delicious feast for the eyes as well as stomach! A little difficult to get attention of staff when we require service understand most likely due to short staffed issue. Overall we enjoyed the experience immensely my 2nd Kusama afternoon tea but my friend's 1st art afternoon tea experience!

the tee room is beautiful and the food was great, but the service was missing. I got the tasting menu and had to ask for a seven, every time I was served another tee, how my tee was pouring with leaves in it. also the waitress was very difficult to find and get a hold. at one point I had to stand up and find them to replace my leafy, cold and overbow tee.

Wow! We celebrated our 30-year anniversary in the mirror room. It was such a beautiful experience and memory. Everything was fantastic - the food, service, and ambiance. All the staff were amazing, especially our waitress Diana. The friendly, polite, and professional girls treated us to an additional tasty dessert with a happy anniversary message, which we really appreciated.
