"I ordered there for the first time and never again! The food came 1.30 hours late and the chicken was completely dry but the fries were completely soggy and tasteless! Not a single one of the 3 menus was satisfactory! You couldn't eat! When I called to give feedback, I was discussed more about the chip salt instead of listening to what the actual problem was! The criticism was not accepted because I had been the first to complain for “26 years”. Apparently not according to the comments here!!! When the boss was put on the phone to me, he was even less capable of criticism and said he wanted to discuss the French fries again... In short, he simply hung up on me in the middle of a sentence!
