"I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, so my expectations were quite high. I can sum up the experience as PERFECT. We ordered the XL menu with normal pairing and each of the dishes was better. The chef 's presence throughout the meal, explaining some dishes and wines, and taking care of every single detail, was what made the experience exceed my expectations. I thought it was a very nice place with high-quality cuisine, I also noticed that they use organic products from the same area of Madrid recently harvested from the Huerta de Abril in Bustarviejo, that has to have a plus in their dishes. I recommend it

The menu they offer is very balanced: Vegetables, meat and the sea to taste variety. It does not become heavy, quite the contrary, it is light and does not fill the palate. Few sauces. In the end, I have not had the possibility to taste the dishes on the menu. Due to personal circumstances I have had to cancel the meal, but I have found a human quality and exceptional treatment. Top restaurant that you should not miss the opportunity to go. The food is a show, obviously it is very difficult for you to like all the dishes, but a 10 for me. The service at the height of the restaurant is very good. What surprised me the most was its sommelier, who is Italian, very very good and even though I am a bit special with wines, he gave me a taste of some magnificent wines.
