I'm only allowed to put 4 stars, as I'm not a 100% vegetarian menu, but it's 5 very careful quality cuisine, the chef cares that there is no cross contamination, it's spectacular everything.

without a doubt their star dish are fungi. croquettes and cream are amazing. Another amazing dish is the smoked pork salad with avocado. has (on request) sushi vegano tremendo. All recommended!

Tu plato estrella es definitivamente hongos. Croquetas y crema son increíbles. Otro plato increíble es la ensalada de cerdo ahumada con aguacate. Tiene (a petición) tremendo sushi vegan. ¡Todo recomendado!

Sólo me deja poner 4 estrellas fuera de ella porque no es una tarjeta 100% vegetariana, pero son 5. Cocina de muy cuidadosa calidad, el chef se preocupa de que no haya contaminación cruzada, es espectacular todo. Le recomiendo a Berenjena
