"First of all, I would like to praise the food in Munich 72. It is delicious. We were in a large group there and therefore I allow myself this verdict, because it was confirmed by all. But also the unfriendliness of the staff was confirmed....And, as it turns out, we are not the only ones who have experienced this. Please read the other reviews. The boss is not only head of staff, he is also head of the unfriendliness. Some of the guests complained about the open entrance door and asked friendly to close it. The answer was: no, it is too hot in here, it stays open. A waitress stumbled over a jacket hanging over a chair. Instead of apologizing for having stepped on it and asking if the jacket could be elsewhere, she just complained in a bad manner. When paying, eight people could pay at the table, the last six had to go to the cashier. In the end, according to the boss's statement, three cappucinos were not payed yet. When I asked if it could be that some might have been typed twice, he became aggressive. Background of my question was that I had to order for a cappucino three times, and became one within 20 minutes. If I were the boss, I would have said that no one would have to pay the three cappuccinos, which would be bearable at a total bill of about 450 €. As a reminder: the own costs for cafes are about one euro (for the three drinks). All of this escalated in the end, which is why the Munich 72 is definitely not a recommendation. As I wrote: good food, terrible staff."
