"my man and I came here on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. we're here a lot. the service was very slow, young employees are standing around chatting while the customers wait for drinks etc. for a positive note, our coffee and scoone/muffin was. Very good. but the young man who served us had no masks, the only worker who did not. when I paid, my man asked why he didn’t wear masks to say: “he has a heavy cold and couldn’t breathe, wearing a mask.” we said that he might not work, but we are said “he must work as we are short workers “. the more reason to wear a mask or stay home. unfortunately we will not go back here. definitiw not recommended."

Just a few minutes off the A9 and easy to find. Great food, impressive safety, cheery service. No wonder it’s a good idea to book. And it’s a really good garden centre as well! We’ll be back.

Dropped in on way back from Rosemarkie on spec so glad we did. We had a really tasty homemade quiche cheese board which was so filling. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely visit again. Staff were very friendly too View menu

I have often enjoyed tea and cake at Munro's in the past when touring the Black Isle. On a recent visit I eyeballed enviously the table next to me having afternoon tea. I must have said something to the other half' because as a birthday...teat yesterday, she booked a table for us to while away the afternoon. Enjoying a sumptuous tiered platter of filled rolls, scones and cream, amazing selection of cakes and mouth watering merengue and endless supply of beverage. The staff are very polite and helpful. Well spaced out tables, no clutter, no hurry .... What a wonderful chilled out way to spend an afternoon. A good idea to book ahead
