This thai restaurant has thai stuff cooking and fascinating with their thai style..really good vegetarian soups..I recommend to order a thai soup before going to the main dish..

Sehr schönes Lokal , das Essen ist lecker und frisch. Die Portionen sind groß und machen satt. Bezahlt wird direkt nach der Bestellung , kann man mögen oder nicht. Das Essen wir einem gebraucht . Preisleistung ist ok.

we live around the corner of my thai and were a few times there to take. the preparation of the food usually does not take too long and the staff is friendly, but tastefully it is nothing special. taste is of course a very personal one.

the venue is located in the Cologne student district. parking on the road is possible, but the available parking spaces are often occupied. the restaurant is a mix of snacks and small restaurant. a large space is separated by a large tressen.

negativ: Mehrere Gerichte enthielten unerwartet Brokkoli. Die Beschreibung (Lieferando) enthielt weder dies noch eine allgemeine Formulierung wie Gemüse . Das Pad Thai hatte zudem extrem wenig Erdnuss. Die Zwiebelstücke waren teilweise sehr groß. positiv: Die Portionen waren sehr reichhaltig. Der Geschmack war gut, wenngleich nicht herausragend.

The venue is located in the student’s quarter of Cologne. Parking on the street is possible but the available parking lots are often occupied. The restaurant is a mixture of a take-away and a small restaurant. A big room is separated by a large counter, on one side is the kitchen and on the other side they have 6-8 tables. The sound of cooking with a lot of enthusiasm (Wok hitting the stove) is filling the room. The food is standard Thai food with no thrill. They serve really fast though. I had Gaeng Massaman with beef which was good.

We live around the corner of My Thai and went there for take out a couple of times. Preparation of food normally doesn't take too long and staff is friendly, however taste wise it is nothing special. Taste of course is something very much personal, however we just felt that there could have been more spices and a bigger variety of tastes in the dishes when we ordered food from there. The restaurant has indoor seating on two floors, as in many other imbiss restaurants your clothes will smell like food & cooking when you leave the restaurant after dining.

Eigentlich müsste man gleich noch einen Punkt abziehen für das irreführende Gourmet im Namen. Es ist normale Asia Schnellimbiss Küche, bei der verschiedene handelsübliche vorgefertigte Komponenten (Gemüseschnipsel, Fleischsorten, Reis/Nudeln, Saucen) zu Gerichten kombiniert werden. Mein gefühlter Eindruck ist, dass die ganz überwiegende Mehrheit der Gäste das Essen zum Mitnehmen holt und hier sehe ich auch die Stärke des Restaurants. Die Logistik funktioniert, auch wenn der Tonfall zumeist deutlich stärker vom Streben nach Effizienz als von Gastfreundlichkeit geprägt ist. Kamen unmittelbar zur zweiten Öffnungszeit und leider waren ALLE Angestellten sehr unfreundlich und machten durchgehend einen abweisenden Eindruck schade. Bezahlung findet nach Bestellung an einem Tresen statt, wodurch man sich beim Essen recht alleine fühlt und beispielsweise neue Getränke nicht bestellen kann, da (oben) keine Bedienung regelmäßig hoch kommt. Die Kartenzahlung ist erst ab 15 Euro möglich, was die meisten dazu nötigen wird eine Vorspeise und Getränk(e) mitzubestellen. Das Restaurant ist von der Einrichtung ziemlich cool, obwohl es von außen recht unscheinbar wirkt.
