"If your are visiting the historical part of Berlin or catching the latest opera, the restaurant is a great choice. Our had the pleasure of enjoying a spinach and coconut soup which was delicious and full of flavours. Next, we were served a tender piece of chicken in a beautiful herb cream sauce with sides of cherry tomatoes bursting with flavours and tasty roasted potatoes. And like most german restaurants, they are quick to serve the cold beverages. A very enjoyable dining experience and location I would revisit and recommen."

We had lunch here; had the duck leg, roast pork and fried trout. The duck leg was delicious, but fried trout was literally swimming in oil. Service was quick and efficient.

Our first restaurant in Berlin. Delicious food, cold beer, comfortable chairs, great location. Surprisingly good prices considering location and food quality. Would definitely visit this place again.

isited this restaurant in accordance with the recommendations from tripadvisor. Unfortunately, our hopes were not fulfilled - for some reason, we did not like it like the rest. The service staff reacted to us without much interest. The restaurant is designed for an amateur.

Had a dinner there, first try of the Berlin style white beer with syrup, it s quite pleasant! The white asparagus season has come in Germany and they had a special soup dish, very very tasty. The fried pork chop was too dry and large in portion. Service was slow. Quite a norm in Berlin. View menu

We were just wandering around Unter den Linden at lunchtime and walked in even though it looked a bit "touristy." But our meals surpassed all expectations. I had the wiener schnitzel and my wife had the trout and they both were expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients. Go and enjoy. Yum!

Thanks to other Trip Advisors, we went to this restaurant during one of our Berlin exploring days. Sat comfortably outside (a bit noisy due to temporary building work going on). The service was prompt. Good range of food and drinks at a good price. Staff speak English if needed, all very friendly. We really enjoyed our meals. Shame it is not close to where we live - we would go again!

Restaurant is on the beautiful UnterbDenLinden but the view is obscured because of the construction going on. The food was good, curry wurst had no taste with regard to the wurst, curry was OK. My husband ate Hackese which was also just ok. Friends had the liver which was good and the sausage plate which was OK. The wait staff was very friendly, English is spoken, the beers wee very good. An ok place to eat. View menu

We arrived in Berlin and walked down Unter den Linden looking for a place to eat. Nante Eck was just about 2 blocks from our hotel and we were fortunate to find a table. The restaurant has a traditional German feel to it, the staff all dressed in traditional clothes. the menu provided a lot of choices and I ordered the curry wurst. The prices are reasonable and the service good. Food was delicious. We wanted to go there a few days later, but could not find a table - so it is quite popular.

I had read reviews of this place on previous visits to Berlin and visited for the first time this year. I was a little disappointed with the terrace, which is on a busy road, not helped by building work going on opposite. Lots of tourist walking by. Food was tasty, I had the seafood ravioli, and my husband had the black & liver sausage plate. I probably wouldn’t go back in summer months due to the outside seating, but may consider sitting inside in cooler months. The staff dress up in traditional “Berlin” outfits.
