Find friendly staff and a menu which exceeds the standard. Try beef in pepper leaves or the slightly more expensive grilled duck in peanut sauce. Mouth-watering food!

Inmitten weiterer Restaurants und im Szenebereich in Berlin-Friedrichshain, liegt dieses beschauliche vietnamesische Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und wirkt authentisch, leichte Klaviermusik lässt den Trubel draußen vergessen. Der Kellner war freundlich und schnell, die Küche war sehr schnell fertig. Das Essen war köstlich und lecker, zu einem sehr angenehmen Preis. Es gibt einen Außenbereich an einer befahrenen Straße, Parkplätze sind hier Mangelware und sehr teuer. Besser wäre mit dem ÖPNV zu kommen, der nicht weit weg ist.

Ate here around 5pm for a late lunch/early dinner. For starter we ordered the coconut milk soup and the summer rolls, both were very yummy. For mains we had the duck dish with peanut sauce that's served on a hot plate (sooooo delicious) and the beef curry dish with lemon grass sauce, which was also very tasty but quite spicy as well (the waitress warned us before hand, so it was all willingly). Very good value for money. They did ask us to leave after a few of hours, when we were just drinking and writing/drawing in our travel journeys, because they needed the table for people who wanted to eat. Fair enough. No hard feelings, would eat here again any time ;)
