"On occasion, we buy a takeout for movie night. Tonight we decided to try this place. This takeout is within a restaurant which I found strange, as we were ordering and waiting for it while watching customers eat? We studied the menu for about 5 mins then ordered at the counter to be told they were not serving pizza tonight seeing as it was broken? Wish the guy had of told us when we entered. A few items we ordered were not available. Anyway we ordered and waited 15mins for the food, which is basically the norm. On paying the guy forgot to give us out 20% discount as our bill was over £20? Just found the ordering and paying didnt go smoothly. I found my Donner meat tasteless, although my husband said he enjoy his (easily pleased Anyway on the whole I was disappointed and probably won't order from there again, maybe the pizza would have been good??"

I waited for more than 2 hours for my food, but it never arrived. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I tried calling, but received no answer.

Thought we would give this a try and so glad we did. Freshly cooked lovely flavours how a curry should be cooked!! The sheek kebabs are amazing!!! Lovely customer service chef takes great pride in his cooking and took the time to come to our table and chat.

Enjoyed our meal. Restaurant was cold. We did get free popadoms. Unfortunately we found a hair in one of the dishes which put us of our food When we told the manager we weren't offered an apology, he just took of with the plate and no more was said..... Bad customer service

I ordered a chicken wrap meal. It was terrible and I regret purchasing it from here. There was no salad in the wrap, only warm lettuce, which made me feel ill and unable to eat it. The chips were also bad and I couldn't finish them. The only good thing was the drink, which I scored a point for.

I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for only £5 and it was definitely worth more! The fries were delicious and crispy, the burger was amazing with plenty of cheese. The customer service was also excellent. I will definitely eat here again. Sadly, I didn't take a photo because I devoured it too quickly.

You can’t beat the quality of the food or the massive portions. Just be prepared to wait for it! Told 35 to 40 mins delivery... took 70 both times I ordered. Not the delivery guys fault as the food is hot when you get it. RAJA Just be honest guys! You are worth the wait and will stop the curtain twitching and poor tip to the delivery guy if you tell it as it is

Ordered a triple chicken kebab that came with Peri peri chicken, chicken tikka and popcorn chicken; garlic bread with cheese; and my partner had a mixed kebab of another variety that had no chicken. He enjoyed his, mine however was awful. In fact it im honest I wasn't convinced at all it was chicken as the meat was really fatty and grey brown colour. The garlic bread wasn't very nice either. The naan the kebab was in was nice. I'm not a fussy eater and I was absolutely famished so it shows how bad it was that it went uneaten and I had 2 crumpets for my tea!

"My wife and I had dinner at Coraima this evening whilst staying in Wakefield and what a delightful restaurant it is. The simple and authentically decor provides an instant relaxed atmosphere. We started with drinks. I had a Telba (a cold drink made with ground flax seeds) and my wife had a Beso (a cold, slightly sweet roasted barley drink). Both were delicious. For starters we shared a Beetroot Salad. It was very fresh with a delicately flavoured vinegar type dressing. As neither of us had had Abyssinian cuisine before, we decided to go for the 'Combination dish for two ' to give us an overall taster of their menu. A large round slate plate arrived with nine perfectly neat individual dishes sat on an injera (a slightly sour flat bread made from teff flour) with a further six neatly rolled injeras and four small chickpea flat breads. Every dish was very well spiced and made with care. Delightful and moreish. By the time we had eaten the whole plate we were nicely full but it did not feel heavy. We rounded the evening with hot drinks of a Shay (a North African spiced tea) and an Abyssinian coffee. The coffee (and popcorn) is not cheep at £9.95, however, this is by far the best coffee I 've ever tasted and a must for any coffee lover. We were informed that they roast the beans with spices in-house. Another sign of their dedication to present an authentic experience delivered with passion. Thoroughly recommended. Some additional information: 1. The restaurant is vegetarian and gluten free. 2. We had to pay a £20 no-show deposit when making the online table booking the day before, although, this has become, understandably, quite common for independent restaurants."
