Amazing food with great service. The atmosphere is likewise very good. The portion size will definitely not leave you hungry. Perfect place for date night.

Really good kitchen, with a variety of food, especially for vegetarians and vegans. I love to come here with my family. Only negative thing would be the lack of the some of the staffs language knowledge. Apart from that perfect for a nice dinner! View menu

We went to the Nhy Star as it was close to our hotel. The fact the menu had English subtitles helped enormously, lots of choice and very reasonably priced. We shared three starters and two mains each was delicious. Clearly it was a popular...venue and was pretty full soon after opening at Great atmosphere and good service.

I was about 15 times there, mostly for lunch, sometimes for dinner, alone or with friends or family, they all like it, and it was always excellent. lunch is the best, they don't pay even 8 € and get a perfect complete meal (e.g. 2 early rolls as an appetizer and a real poo (vietnamesian suppe after choice) including a cante tee.

fabulously low-priced, tough Vietnamese soulfood, if there's something like that. I loved it absolutely. On a recent business trip to Dortmund , i ate here times in day’s due to the food quality and menu variety. Most dishes are served with your choice of meat or vegetarian option, with over menu choices . They also serve...Saigon beer, which is a real plus as well as the local Bitburger brew. Great food, very light and tasty, definitely recommended

I wanted to visit it because of the reviews, not because I like to eat Asian. it is a cozy place, not very expensive (wine costs 3.5 euro, start from 3.9 euro, main dishes start at 7.9); appetizers have the right size (not too big) and a good price, so they can take 3 different appetizers and enjoy different tastes. I took sharp suppe, dim sum and early roll. everything was delicious and very fast, the personal was friendly and asked me if I would like to put all the appetizers together or step by step - this is a good service (and also an English menu available and they speak English). We were in Dortmund for a football match. Stayed the whole weekend. Experienced the people (wonderful), game (fantastic) and town in general (small but diverse and fun). Overall a great experience. We went to Nhy Star on Friday evening. The vibe in the place is...bright and energetic and people all seemed to be having a nice time. The food was good (above average but not great by any means). We got three different apps and three different entres all were solid and tasty. Wine/spirit list could have been more expansive, but that wasn't the end of the world.
