Called in for breakfst with the wife. Unusually it was very quiet for a Saturday morning. We had hot drinks and full breakfast which is always very good

Nice cafe. Clean and food is fresh and hot. Prices are reasonable. It gets a bit busy and there are limited spaces inside. Some seating outside but watch out for the pigeons.

Ordered coffee and toast this Sunday at 9.46 am, agreed it was busy, but staff were rude, no saucers for the coffee, only one dirty little tray as a substitute, toast overdone so that it was actually curlingup. Floor and walls dirty. Didn’tl look at the toilet. Never again

Tried it today for the first time and had a breakfast which is served all day. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the nicest in Cwmbran Shopping Centre. Plenty of food and all served hot. Need to ensure all condiments are kept toped up as no sauces and napkins but other wise great. Will be returning.

The good is really good I love this place and always go here just a pity it is so small. Very friendly good service.gilles health food good portion sizes .hot and cold drinks cakes. Just anything you want plus breakfast.i have not been here for a very long time now a lot of the staff have left so i do not know what it is like now..

First visit and most definitely the last . Ordered the chilli with jacket potato, this was the most disgusting chilli I have ever had if you could call it chilli . I had to add salt and pepper just to get it to taste of something. The salad had more flavour to it than this poor excuse that you served up . The coffee wasn't much better . I'll be avoiding this place until you learn to cook
