"The food at this restaurant is excellent, beautifully presented, fresh, and served in good portions, all at a great value. The service, provided by the lovely Shirley, is always fantastic. She is always cheerful and attentive, making the dining experience delightful. This is one of my favorite places to visit when on holiday here. Their homemade traditional chips are the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning in the spring. 10/10."

Five of us visited yesterday for Sunday lunch, lamb and pork and kids pasta all really good, and top service from a team of very professional young ladies too. All in all highly recommended. Well done to everyone in the team.

Beautiful setting. My son enjoyed the children's steak, which he found delicious. I indulged in the lasagne, a timeless favorite of mine, while my husband opted for the Thai salmon. The service was excellent, and we always enjoy a delightful meal here. View menu

traveled to the restaurant to say that it does not open until a friend who called ten days ago to book a table. the booking was taken over and a telephone number and name left. very disappointing and we suspected that it was the owner who came out and said that it was not better.

Perfectly nice food. Large quantities pulled pork very soft. Ribs tasty and succulent. Chips not great. Corn on cob ok. Very busy but service still good. Overall it looks very nice but the food does not somehow fit with the look. Pub food in big...quantities. Trying to be a restaurant.

we really enjoyed our meal here. the food was tasty and portions were generous (highly recommend the cauliflower katsu curry . they welcome dogs that were fantastic. we sat outside and were a little concerned, as the British weather was his usual gray himself, but we were laborious and comfortable. the cocktails were for dying (the chocolate martini! and the staff was wonderful.
