"This bar had the chance to make a fortune over the weekend but the poor service led to people walking away.The bar was the chosen place to meet after the European rugby final but when we arrived it was relatively empty whilst all the pubs round it were packed.We found the reason to be that the bar staff were totally useless. Two beers whilst pointing to which one you wanted is an international language but this totally confused the staff. Either they deliberately chose not to understand English, and were not much better when a French speaker arrived, or they had zero motivation.The beers when they eventually arrived were very palatable and the food on show looked good, but we did not stay to sample it.The management of this venue really need to look at themselves."

From the outside and the decor this seemed like any other trendy bar, which it is, however, they have great craft beers, knowledgable and friendly staff and good pub grub. Also do a free taster of 3 of their beers, was rather nice too.

We were the only patrons that Sunday noon so the service was fast if slightly disinterested. For a bar to not have red wine however, was a bit disappointing to say the least. The food was OK, expensive for what it was though (smoked salmon salad - 95% leaves).

You've got your basics: excellent beer (Belgian beer of course), nicer burger than you eat at home, or at a fast food place (or at least as nice), same goes for hot dogs, all wrapped into a cool place, good service and generous portion. When you crave it, you know where to find it. View menu

we were searching for a place for an "entré" and tapas so we found this place near the vieux lyon.we tool fries and a assortiment of tapas (falafel, chiken, oignon rings..)...and the wholz thing was awefull:falafel cold on the insidefries extra oilysame for the other tapasnot recommanded at all!

Seated at a slab counter at the window with little patience to wait - I was pleased with responsive and cheerful service, but this location was packed to capacity and extremely noisy that Saturday night. My smaller than expected burger was dwarfed by the bun. Choices of beer were plentiful - meeting my expectations as it is the same Ninkasi brewer based in Oregon, USA.
