"two visits to this sublime establishment. in both cases a gustative journey beyond our usual and inventive experiences and detonating meeting/win agreements. The renovation is very successful. our evening experience was the best. In the day we were surprised by the incessant broom of guests of the hotel (sometimes in bathrobe or bathing suit) who pass and meals behind the glass bay of the restaurant without failing to deny often what happens inside. a certain detail but the frame, charm, delicate attentions of all staff and the general atmosphere of refinement that is sought and obtained may not be that."

"Découvert grâce au Sud-Ouest Mag, nous venons de déjeuner à L'Entre-deux-Verres. Quelle magnifique découverte ! Pas de buffet le dimanche mais un choix varié et associé à quelques plats sur l'ardoise. Le lieu est agréable et original avec vue sur l'espace de la cuisine et un beau mur végétalisé par des mousses.Que dire des saveurs des plats choisis ? C'était parfait. Un magnifique voyage gustatif avec le Bar en tartare puis un dos de Cabillaud poché avec julienne de légumes au gout exquis et avec une cuisson exceptionnelle. Simple et bien fait, cette cuisine de haute qualité nous rappelle parfaitement que le chef, Yoann Gérard-Huet était le second de l'étoilé François Adamski au Gabriel à Bordeaux. Le choix des desserts, toujours délicat, a cloturé magnifiquement ce déjeuner dominical. Une savoureuse crème brulée à l'exquis goût de vanille. Un grand merci au chef pour ce repas. L'équipe au service était très efficace avec gentillesse et compétence. Que dire de plus que de remercier toute cette belle équipe et de souhaiter à tous une longue aventure dans ce beau navire qu'est l'Entre deux Verres dans l'écrin de l'Entre deux mers. Venez nombreux découvrir cette belle adresse !"

"Alors j'étais resté sur une fausse note en 2015 et du coup quelques doutes avant de tenter de nouveau.... Et bien ce fût une agréable surprise avec des petits bémols tout de même ;) Nous avons dîné à la carte.... Oeuf à 64°c, risotto au Parmesan, croquetas de volailleVégétarien : Tajine d’aubergines, pois chiches et fèvesTapilla de porc confite, sauce aigre douceet déclinaison de carottesMoelleux au chocolat, guacamole sucré, sorbet framboiseAnanas en textureL'entrée est excellente, rien à redireIdem pour le plat végétarienPour la tapilla il y a clairement trop de sauce aigre douce :( ça gâche un peu le plat.... Chef il faudrait en mettre moins ;) Autre reproche la déclinaison de carottes était froide, température ok pour la viande. Côté desserts, délicieux! Tout est super bien présenté !Le service est agréable mais un peu rapide... même si on a du réclamer nos verres de vin oubliés :) Il serait intéressant d'apporter le vin la tapenade et de décaler l'arrivée de l'entrée pour apprécier un peu ;) Voilà Chef :) que du positif globalement ! "The map is simple, flat entry formula with optional dessert. You'll tell me nothing more ordinary. But the dishes are not. An entry: honey roasted figs, goat mousse with smoked magrets all on a grass sandbble The dish: salmon fillet, oseille risotto and basil with crunchy vegetable tagliatelles I'm not a fan of cakes, but I got tempted by the Muffin coffee chocolate dessert with its coffee ice cream. And of course, not disappointed We were far from a dry cake. So if you pass near cadaujac and look for a restaurant I advise you FORTEMENT on 113, you will not be disappointed, both on the quality of the dishes and on the price. A big bravo at the cook and the waitress who managed the 23 covers very well at the time I was there. Don't change anything and I wish you a good continuation. Too bad, I was just passing because it would be a restaurant where I would come back with great pleasure. Thank you for your dishes and your welcome"

"Very mixed advice because despite a refined cuisine and with beautiful quantities (except for an entrance of cagouilles in bone to marrow we have been forced to fold on the most expensive menu to have a choice in the dishes offered. Indeed, there was no indication on the website or at the entrance of the restaurant that the list of dishes from the menu at 25 euros was not exhaustive. A single choice each time between flat and dessert entry (one Saturday noon! while we had been seduced by the “bar ceviche” and a dessert displayed at the entrance... Since it's not easy to leave the table once we've been installed, we've been down on the second less attractive menu for us. First disappointment. The second one was at the time of going to the caisse, where our restaurant titles were refused (reported no ticket on Saturday noon while once again nothing indicated it and that the restaurant ticket posters are well displayed on the outside... So very disappointed with the welcome. More expensive aperitives, it was cold in the restaurant and the dish was cold too... We were also surprised at the little world in the restaurant this Saturday noon of April... 4 people in all (of which we 2 Perhaps we will come back to give us a second opinion because the dishes were well worked, seasoned and presented."
