"Just returned from dinning at this restaurant. Hard to imagine better cooking with expensive ingredients presented as a work of art. Just a stone's throw from the heart of the old city and worth the little walk. Most surprising was the price. We both opted for the 38 Euro four course dinner ( 3 course for 28) and with a well rated Château Neuf de Pape the entire bill was less than 120 Euro. In a big city we would expect to pay $175 and upward for similar food, presentation, and service. If you visit Troyes don't miss this small, but comfortable restaurant."

a nice, friendly little dish served with a search for fresh products the chef makes his round table at the end of the meal. We'll be back

a distance from alleys, it is an address that is worth the detour, with its 20 covers, a smiling welcome and a meal with original flavors. View menu

We are delighted with our discovery. friendly and attentive welcome, excellent and refined cuisine, menu suggestion of the day and perfect wine, very pleasant setting. really a great lunch this July. we will return on another trip on bets, that is certain.

We were ill-received service detestable at the limit of the impolitesse, the plates are empty, no table bread, cooked archive, they have in prime enoguled my children who played while waiting for the addition. this restaurant is empty. We understand why. Don't deserve to work.

Fantastic find, via Trip Advisor. I can confirm other reviews this little restaurant is superb chef Daniel Vioix produces delightful dishes, flavour, presentation and quantity - just right and for only 29 euros per head (Evening set menu) my only regret is rather than the average 'house red' I did not select a better quality wine to compliment the fine food. If that's what the city has to offer better. You'll have to go eat somewhere else and go to troyes just for the aperitif! food, certainly not original, was not bad. But the place is decayed. an outside is completely missing. and the service oscillated between ineffective and hysterical. I felt abused by the so-called "room manager"... and more without reason! I mean, I'm not going back there, I'm sure!

We found this place unpretentious while serving excellent French food. We went for the fancy set menu and were very happy with all the dishes. A lot of care is put into the food and the result is delicious! The decor and presentation of the food could do with some changes, but they don't detract from the quality of what you're served. The service was excellent and the chef made sure to check in on the customers. Thoroughly enjoyed the pate, the filet mignon, the excellent local cheeses and sumptuous deserts!!
