"There are no words.... Actually there are plenty, but I do not have enough time to write them. On Ischia there is a mountain, at the base of that mountain you start your 40 minute climb to try to reach the top of that mountain. It is very difficult to get there. I was traveling with a Russian, German, Spanish, and Italian friends. We all decided to climb this mountain. At one point we were out of breath, I look up to the very top, and see umbrellas. I said to myself Who the hell would live up here!!!! Little did I know, it was not a residence, but a restaurant that was at the tip of the mountain top! I urged everyone to keep climbing (I mean, we came this far! and we hiked up to the restaurant. I then said to myself, Who would put a restaurant up here!!! Who does your plumbing! I never got the answers to my questions. I did however hiked up to the very top of the mountain (so scary then sat at the restaurant with an espresso, applauding myself for making it to the top in one piece. A funny note... There were three tables near the edge of the cliff to sit at that had reserved signs on them. There was nobody there but us. I said to myself Who the hell makes reservations here!!!!"

"In my opinion, it is the best restaurant of barn (I don't know of all ischia). me and my girlfriend stayed 4 days at hole, trying various recommended places by tripadvisor. in conclusion however, 'at the old hut ' has won the top of the ranking of the best tried dishes. the first experience was incredibly positive: 'bucatino coniglio ' and 'paccheri alla panciovilla ', of the first superb dishes. they are respectively 12 euros and 10 euros; prices really contained compared to the quality of the dishes. as second we tried the 'Ischitana rabbit'; also excellent at a price of 20 euros. the experience was so positive that the next day we decided to come back but savoring the dishes based on fish: had, 'at the old hut ' does not forget. the dishes were really excellent. 'baccalà in fillo pasta with mayonnaise to citrus ' as appetizer; 'packers of the deck ' and 'linguine to the rock ' as first dishes; 'tiramisù al pistachio ' and *I don't remember the second dessert*. In conclusion, I could describe the flavors of the dishes proposed by the kitchen highlighting our delights, but I would rather leave you the photos of the dishes, so that you already imagine what we are talking about. 10 out of 10!"

"Dropped in here as they had a hamburger on the menu, supposedly. Ischia does a lot of fish dishes so I was craving some meat. Went with that and received two patties, but no bun sad face. Managed to salvage the situation slightly by...slapping the burgers and a bit of lettuce between two slices of bread, receiving some odd looks as I did so. Decent fries though. Nice desserts too. Pleasant location overlooking the small beach at San Francesco. Reasonably priced. Total bill was €42 including drinks which wasn't too bad, but note that there was a €1 cover charge per person."

"a menu that includes the rustic, rustic with a twist and innovative kitchen, is the jumping point for this restaurant, which lies high above the western coast of the island. between the curses will be the intention to distract them, but eating it will always bring them to the table with their mouth water. fyi the name bracconiere translates poacher that reflects the species of elements in the menu. un menu che abbraccia la cucina rustica, rustica con un tocco in più e innovativa è il punto di partenza per questo ristorante arroccato sopra la costa occidentale di ischia tra una portata e l’altra la vista ti distrae ma il cibo ti riporta sempre a"

"If you're reading this, looking for a place to have dinner stop, go here right now (you won't be disappointed! . If you've arrived, you'll understand why. There's a cute corner up some stairs where you can get cozy and watch the sunset while waiting for your food! See, really romantic right? You're welcome for not missing that. On to the food 1. Ridiculously reasonable pricing! 2. SOH DELICIOUS Special mentions: My boyfriend ordered the Pistachio Pasta and it was to dieeee for! Also, the Fiori Di Zucca (courgette flowers with ricotta OWEMGE bring me back to life so I can die again . Lastly, the staff were great, all very friendly : the place is a little hidden (we took a scooter through the windy lines but it's totally worth it! In fact, the journey there kinda made it even better. 5 stars would definitely return!"
