"... is certainly the rye mill. The walk-in covered beer garden (here is self-service, in the restaurant and on the restaurant balcony) with the adjacent children's playground can easily be maintained with any child care. There are interesting play equipment like an old tractor as well as swings and rockers made of stable wood. My interest was always the specialties of the house and these are the fresh trouts from their own ponds. Whether Müllerin art or trout blue from the root sud with decomposed butter and salt potatoes. There are also smoked trout from beech smoke with cream horseradish, butter and bread. Depending on the size, 100 g with 3.50 euros are due. Anyone who likes Swabian like Kutteln, Flädlesuppet or others will also be confusing and with the children's, senior and vasper card this area is also covered. Warm dishes are available on Sundays and holidays from 11.30 am to 8 pm, on weekdays from 11.30 am to 2 pm and from 4.30 pm to 9 pm. Very friendly and cordial I find the female service staff who speaks with all the hostess dialect (which I love so much and reminds me of a part of my childhood that I spent in hostesses). When ordering my fried Forelle Müllerin style with salt potatoes (13.50 euros) it was also asked if I wanted to submit them. Whether it is possible to exchange salt potatoes in potatoes, it was only possible to ask in the kitchen and was possible without additional costs. After I put some fish there myself, I set fluctuating qualities. Surely fresh, but not fresh, I have them tastefully in other places. It's a pity to let the fried trout swim in a white wine sauce. So the skin was in it. The Pommes were lucky in an extra bowl. When I thought about the price-performance ratio, I recovered when I turned into DM and find a single trout whose preparation does not require culinary art for 27 DM. Shortly before the payment process and after a short eye contact with my counterpart, it was clear that there is no tip on an invoice that comes in the form of a lubrication note. Several times I also took smoked trouts that are welded in. Sometimes they were very delicate inside and enjoyment, another time white, dry and maybe a while. Fish cutlery is placed here and doesn't fit the rest. We sat on the balcony terrace. Everything is quite economical, rather geared towards Rafter than cozy food lovers. They are fed on simple wooden tables, with wooden chairs with very thin seats. The balcony armor could again stand a little color quite well and I would recommend a visit to the toilet facilities only in extreme emergency. The ground is grounded and the bucket with used paper towels is regularly over. Since they are located on the ground floor at the entrance, they are therefore certainly also used by non-guests and then left accordingly."
