"there was nothing wrong to stay here. the rooms are modest, with a decent comfortable bed. the bathroom was a little spat. the breakfast was not bad, but hardly excellent compared to other hotels in the opposite. the senior employees were, however, what would leave the stay. they were rude and critising from our group (a high-time weekend where most hotel guests were invited friends and related. we were not allowed to join tables in the courtyard so we could all sit. Check-out is a ridiculous 1030hs without the possibility of a late cash, and finally, although the breakfast buffet was still outside, and the tables were still eating when I asked for a cup coffee at 1005, the breakfast was told repeatedly at 1000 before I got a coffee. (every other day I stayed, we had breakfast at 0800 we were later due to the necessity to check before the bite. Overall, this hotel was just a scenery for an amazing high time in the beautiful Bavarian landscape that happened near the high-time location. it has not negatiw influenced how we felt about our stay, but it will certainly not stay in our memories beyond the next days. average, cheap, forget."

Company took us here for a German Barbeque. Basically like a Brazilian Steakhouse but better. Fresh air, beautiful patio dining, amazing food, next to the grill smelling divine. Had so much fun. Salads and meat was GREAT! Really special experience.

We were in the hotel for two days attending a seminar. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, the owner came personally to see if everything was fine and stayed for a short chat. About the food I have to say I was gladly...surprised! It was just delicious. The meat was one of the best I've eaten in Germany; also don't miss the deserts, definitely worth the try :

We spent three nights at the Hotel Oberwirt, during which time we had three breakfasts and two dinners normally accompanied by 3 5 friends. Despite catering for a major outdoor lunch for 175 persons )where we took part= you had no feeling of this in...the lovely restaurant -whether in- or outdoor. The staff (and the owner) was always present and helpful. The food whether fish or meat was served to perfection in substantial portions and at a price which can only be considered correct.
