"This place has gone downhill. The prices are very high and the standard of the food has dropped since Pete left. I just had a chicken and mushroom pie, it was cold and had a soggy bottom. Chips were double cooked and very greasy. I will certainly go elsewhere if I want pie and chips again. Girl behind the counter kept pushing her hair behind her ears and then serving someone(fortunately not me). Staff members had not tied their hair back. Although the service was ok, the quality of food was not."

This is one of the top fish and chip shops in Crawley. I would rather travel here for better quality than the options available locally.

We have been coming to this restaurant for fish and chips for years and overall, it has been great. However, tonight we were very let down. The fish was extremely dry and tasted like it had been reheated. We did not enjoy it at all, especially considering the significant price increase. We will have to consider whether we will return or look for another option.

The staff was friendly and the service was good. I ordered fish and chips for delivery. The fish was very greasy and so was the halloumi. Despite being a busy place, the turnaround time was good, especially considering how rushed they were. They accept card payments and Apple Pay for purchases over 5 pounds, which is a bonus. However, they should work on reducing the greasiness of their food. Overall, the fish was tasty.
