"Dovevamo trovare un ristorante dove poter mangiare a pranzo di sabato nella città di Savigliano e ci siamo imbattuti in questo elegante bistrot: 1 RISTORANTE con pochi coperti interni ma molto elegante in contrapposizione con una parte rustica che è dettata dalle volte in mattone rosso presenti. Molto bello come ambiente che trasmette intimità, soprattutto quando si mangia in due. So che c’è anche posto fuori nel cortile interno. Peccato che l’ingresso da fuori è in prossimità della strada e quindi del passaggio delle auto; 2 CIBO, menù che raccoglie le radici piemontese creando anche dei piatti un po’ più contemporanei e fuori schema. Siamo stati accolti da degli entreè dello chef per poi assaggiare i loro primi (con spaghetti alla barbabietola e la loro versione al ragù di salsiccia di Bra e le loro versione della tagliata di maiale (al caffè e guancia brasata, per poi terminare con un lingotto alla nocciola. Ottime le materie prime però ho avuto la sensazione che mancasse qualcosina per farmi dire letteralmente ‘Wow’. Detto questo il cibo era buono e ben preparato. 3 SERVIZIO, Francesco è stato un gran padrone di casa, disponibile e preparato, ci ha aiutati nella scelta del vino da accompagnare alle nostre pietanze e con la sua compagna (la chef abbiamo anche potuto conoscere qualcosa in più della storia del locale ha avuto origine dai parenti e che oggi invece è gestito da loro fantastici! 4 CONTO ottimo! Se fossi stato in una qualsiasi altra località o città che proponeva piatti simili avrei speso sicuramente di più. Piacevolmente sorpreso Tutto sommato è un ristorante che consiglio per la professione e la cura che i proprietari dedicano al loro lavoro"

"Tappa fissa almeno una volta al mese! Pizza molto buona e con molte scelte, anche i panuozzi. La parte ristorante non ho ancora avuto modo di provarla ma mi hanno detto che non è male nemmeno quella. Personale cortese e disponibile. Edit. 2022: La pizza rimane un’eccellenza anche se ho notato un piccolo aumento dei prezzi. Per il resto sempre buonissima e personale disponibile"

"♪ On holiday around here, based on reviews and tastes, we chose this place to dine in August. The outside would go a little improved and put more order also inside. We arrived a few minutes in advance, but the staff welcomed us very well and said to wait a few minutes to finish the preparations. They made us sit outside, in the very pretty courtyard. They bring us the menu and the wine card. What can I say....WOW.... fantastic meat, cooked to perfection, tasty, exceptional. On the palate you feel very well the difference of the two types of meat, but I guarantee that they are delicious and of high quality. We also take a sweet Watermelon Carpaccio with vodka and berries. Very good and fresh fruit served with a lemon ice cream ball and fresh mint that cleaned the palate. At the end they also offered us two very good grappas. Total cost of the wonderful dinner €92,00, discounted €73,60. I was very pleased not to find additional cover costs. In conclusion, magnificent dinner with excellent dishes and raw materials. Very kind and helpful staff. Arrived at 20.00 we ended at 22.00 living fully every moment of the evening. Moreover all staff respected the rules for covid-19 and other very welcome thing was in the bathroom. To dry the hands there were disposable fabric towels and also toothpicks avoiding embarrassment to the table. Local that I absolutely recommend. To try!!! CONCLUSION: attentive and kind staff with great food. Very good value for money."

"sin that they continue to do 2 rounds of service on the weekend, without having the least preparation. . .Manca the completely management of the tables. "Piccolo locale posto in una via secondaria del centro storico di Savigliano; dall' esterno é abbastanza anonimo ma l'interno é una piacevole sorpresa. Il locale é assai piccino ed é composto da un piccolo ingresso, una zona pasto e da un locale interrato che non ho visto. L'arredamento é molto semplice ma curato e assai moderno in stile bistrot con tavoli piccoli o alti con sgabelli e tutto orientato a valorizzare i vini proposti. I piatti serviti sono di un ottimo livello e con abbinamenti che sanno ingolosire i palati che non si soffermano alla sola tradizione ma che vogliono provare ad assaporare nuovi gusti ed abbinamenti. Ero con la Morosa e abbiamo prenotato per le 20.30 e nel locale c'erano ancora molte persone per l' aperitivo (la prossima volta prenoteremo per le 21.00). Come antipasto abbiamo preso delle melanzane impanate con uvetta e ridotto di wasabi con un accompagnamento di chutney al lime: buonissimo; per primo un risotto acquerello con gamberetti, fagiolini e menta: un gusto fresco e delicato impreziosito dall'ottimo riso; per secondo una tagliata di fassona; il dolce era un cestino con ripieno di pere e cioccolato che forse non era allo stesso livello dei piatti precedenti ma comunque gustoso. Per mio gusto personale, ho trovato la musica d' ambiente ad un volume un po’ troppo alto. Do quattro punti solo perché il bagno in alcuni aspetti di finitura può esser migliorato ma come cibo, locale, qualità e gentilezza é premiato al 100% (cosa che mi capita assai raramente). Il prezzo é nella norma considerata la qualità dei prodotti. Il proprietario, é una persona disponibile, cordiale e più volte si é interessato a come procedeva la cena (cosa che apprezzo assai), é incuriosito da vini di ottima qualità e varietà, nel mio caso, grazie a lui, ho bevuto un buon vino proveniente dal Sud Africa."
