Keep your money in your pocket and find somewhere else to eat."

Rude staff. Extremely rude staff and wouldn’t serve us despite being there before closing time. Staff were unnecessarily rude. Would avoid this place, no customer service etiquette or people skills.

I had a very pleasant time enjoying a morning coffee at this restaurant. The coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restroom was clean. The view overlooking the water was also very nice.

I would caution against visiting on weekends as the restaurant is run by children and the food is terrible. Several people have complained about various issues, but overall the food is consistently bad. I have been there multiple times, but I do not think I will be returning.

Stopped here for a delicious lunch! We had the fish and chips and a fish finger sandwich which was cooked fresh and the fish was amazing. We finished off with the best Nutella Waffle I have ever eaten!! Definitely would come again if in the area.. the staff were very helpful.

Very pretty setting. The welcome still needs to improve, there was no one in the café and we were quite disappointed. We ordered two cream teas which we were disappointed with: the clotted cream tasted like butter as if the cream had been mixed with butter and the scones didn't taste like real scones. Too bad for such a pretty location.

Lovely traditional tea rooms in a prime position with nice coffee, lots of ice cream choices and friendly hard working staff. Clearly cherished by the locals who pointed out the breakfast deals. Very dog friendly, our corgi felt very much at home, with a large full water bowl provided. Spaces inside and out to enjoy the views of the boats swans and ducks along the river. Lots of parking options within 5 minute radius.
