"We arrived approx 15 minutes early the table was not ready, being conscious the table would only be held for 15 minutes after the booking time, which was ok as we had arrived early, however the table was booked for 7.15pm and we where not seated until after this time. When we had been seated we had to approach the staff and ask for menus and also drinks as nobody had attended to us. When we had almost finished eating the plates where being cleared when a few of our party where still eating, not good etiquette in a restaurant environment. Again we had to go and ask a member of staff to be served for drinks, not one had we been asked if everything was ok or are we being attended to, having been in one up a number of times for refreshments I would be very reluctant to dine here again, I would say lack of service, but there was no service. I have had better service at a fast food restaurant."

We go almost every Friday but seems to be some new staff ..think some need more training.all in all Sam the manager does a great job always very pleasant .

The waiting staff were great ! They were attentive without being intrusive .Cocktails were good and food was served warm and well presented. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again

Wonderful atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that it was slightly pricey for the portion sizes we received. The gin was served in a tall glass, which was a bit disappointing. View menu

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with very helpful staff. The food was also great, but it was a shame that some customers were rude. However, this wouldn't deter me from returning, and I hope to be back soon.

The food was poor in terms of quality and presentation, service was pitiful in terms of attendance, friendliness and appearance and the overall appearance of the bar was tired and needed a little tlc, really disappointing and not the same quality as previous visits!
