Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming...popped in for a drink and ended up staying for extra!! Nice and relaxed atmosphere

First time coming here, was a lovely calm atmosphere, felt relaxed to come to O'Neill's. Food was delicious, definitely coming back here!!

Easily the best pub in oxford! Has a great feel to it and the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. We had the pleasure of meeting Eamon, the manager, who goes above and beyond. Great team service by all friendly and attentive esp as someone not that able bodied .. staff spotted I was struggling with drinks at the bar amd helped me with them to the table, advised on accessible toilet access and genuine with help amd attentiveness ... Also rest of our crowd loved atmosphere , service and live band x

Assistant manager, Chris, yet has much to learn. His poor judgment needs attention if he's not to alienate custom, and he is less observant than he imagines. Arrogant, dishonest, lies defamatorily about me. Eamon's been to Vegas is away for much of this month, so now Chris has ordered all staff not to serve me. Chris owes me a sincere apology.

Came here on a day trip with a mate and had absolutely excellent service from Eamon, and having been in other o'neils in different areas was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service! Not only was the service from him excellent but he was friendly, attentive and gave us great advice on things to do in Oxford as we hadn't visited before, also the food was absolutely amazing we went for a steak sandwhich and jerk flat bread which was so good and as most o'neils very reasonably priced next time we do visit we will definitely be back!
