Fiorentina come mai mangiato prima....10 e lode...qualità e servizio 10 torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Giunti qui domenica 3 Luglio insieme ad amici, cui era già nota. Tipica osteria di Montepulciano, proprietario gentilissimo, servizio ottimo, cenato con tagliata di chianina, prezzi giusti. Da ritornarci

Siamo tornati in questo locale dopo un po'di anni e abbiamo scoperto con piacere che all'oste si è aggiunta l'ostessa...avevamo un bel ricordo...confermato...la cucina è sempre ottima, specialmente la fiorentina. Accoglienza calorosa e prezzi adeguati

posto bello, rustico e pulito. proprietario molto gentile e molto preparato. pini molto buoni e saporiti. eccellente Fiorentina cotta con sangue e con un gusto eccellente. tempi relativamente veloci hanno visto la camera completamente completa. prezzo giusto per rapporto qualità prezzo.

Steak was good but be prepared to eat rare meat! I told my wife I could cook this steak perfect for her every time: Start with almost 3 inch cut of t-bone, char it over wood embers, and turn only once. Salt and pepper and voilà! Interesting experience. As many mentioned this place has a character. It was highly recommended by our friends, so we did a reservation. Room was completely full (even in Nov middle week eve, so reservation is a must). Esthetically looked fine. Test? Nothing special. I had better Florentine steak in another restaurant. I do like my steak rare. But not that rare! The Middle of the steak was cold.

10 years have passed since the last time I went here, but Osteria Acquacheta remains one of my favorite restaurants in the world. It’s worth a trip to Montepulciano to have dinner here. The restaurant is known for its Florentine steaks and you’d be missing out if you didn’t order one. The chef proprietor will bring out your freshly butchered steak for your inspection before he grills it. The steak is served bone in and prepared very simply but if has so much flavor it can beat anything you’d get in a steakhouse in the major cities.
