"the osteria all' ombretta is an upscale Italian restaurant in the eastern ring area of brownish. the excellent kitchen with the excellent day menu, the stylish ambiente and the friendly service make the restaurant a good choice for special occasions. table reservation required no recommended for pizza friends ideal for special occasions such as termine, business dinner, I was looking for a suitable restaurant to invite an old friend to eat. the critiques in other reviews foren were consistently good. my friend knew the restaurant and advised me to book. the tables are stylishly covered. I have to eat low-fat, because of a stomach disease. so we order ravioli in a light tomato sauce. the food came very fast, although the restaurant was very well visited (on Thursday evening.,) if the eye really eats, then a sight catch was served here. the ravioli were very tasty. the combination of hot ravioli in the fine tomaten sauce with the thin parmesan slices made my glacial joy. as dessert, I ordered a cream broth. That was less my case. the performance was excellent, but I tried this dessert only and last time. we talked another whole past, my tablewife drank a dry martini and a red wine, I left it with mineral water and some tasty at the end of a kokakola. may I forgive my vauxpas, my gale did it anyway. I sincerely recommend the osteria all' ombretta and look forward to eating à la carte once after my recovery."

We haven't eaten so well for a long time. Unfortunately, the least can cook properly. The Octopus was on the spot and a taste explosion. The lasagna was also very delicious. Yesterday evening I visited this place with my family, wife was here twice. A table without reservation was given immediately! Service on the ball, switched on, attentive and prompt. We all had a pizza, portions well over normal and above all tasted top....Ambient was sounding, decor fits the environment and was well visited by a variety of people from all ages. Can compete with some of the other negative comments, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and found the price appropriate for our meal. Especially good restaurant and will be visited again.

Wir waren schon einige Male in der Osteria in Braunschweig. Bisher war alles o.k. Nicht überragend, doch akzeptabel.Nun letzte Woche waren wir wieder zum Essen da.Wir hatten viel getestet und hier unser Fazit:- das Bruscetta war o.k.- Pasta mit Scampi fade und wässrig.- Der Fisch: trocken und ohne Geschmack.- der Wein (3 Sorten) von mäßiger Qualität - dafür für Braunschweig zu teuer!Leider hat der Koch das Kochen verlernt oder es ist ein neuer Koch da. Man fragt sich was der gelernt hat.Was wir gar nicht verstehen: Woher kommen diese Mondpreise?Preise wie in München beim Spitzenitaliener. Das passt nicht!
