"Although the order arrived in good condition and recently, I was literally waiting for 2 hours to get my order. my residence is near the restaurant in question, so it can take at least 10 minutes. After 20 minutes of delay, I decided to call to know what was going on, and they told me there was a saturation of distributors, but in 15 minutes at most, they would give me the order. I waited for those 15 minutes, but nobody gave me anything. After those 15 minutes, I contacted once again with joe com, this time through the messaging, as it was supposed to be faster. After an hour and a half and 10 minutes more waiting, they answer my message and explain what happens; only that the customer service took about 15 to answer a very simple question. After talking for the second time and after 2 hours of waiting, my order finally comes. I guess it would be a matter that the delivery guy quickly came to know about the delay of my order, but I didn't know what he was supposed to give. Apparently, the dealer had had some personal problems that forced him to absent himself and the catering company could not sue the distributor, thus delaying all the orders that had been assigned to him. This is just a bad management of the company. Obviously not the dealership or the restaurant were guilty. But come on, I don't think having a client waiting for 2 hours is right. I hope you take more into account this and it won't happen again."

Their menu includes the typical food throughout Spain and Europe. The food and service wasn't bad but it could be a little cleaner.

As a vegetarian, I was pleased to discover Pans Co that advertize veggie and vegan sandwiches . The server at the counter provided an English menu. The premises were very clean. I ordered a vegan heura with lettuce, tomato and guacamole to take away. This is the first time I have eaten the soy-based vegetable protein (heura) and find it indistinguishable from the meat.

Como repartidor de Glovo y cliente habitual de este restaurante Pans los últimos 5 años debo decir que es uno de los restaurantes que mejor hacen los pedidos de toda Salamanca, por higiene y rapidez, enhorabuena a todo el equipo que trabaja allí. Aunque, sin menospreciar el gran trabajo de todos, debo destacar la gran profesionalidad de la encargada Diana, siempre es un placer acudir tanto como repartidor como cliente y que ella te atienda por su inmejorable trato, higiene al preparar los bocadillos y atención a cada detalle para dar el mejor servicio posible, espero que trabaje allí por mucho tiempo más :
