"Another mixed grill, this time from Paprika. Ordered online for collection. It did not specify a naan was included so I treated myself to a keema naan just in case. It did come with a naan bread which I saved for the next day. The mixed grill was nicely spiced especially the seekh kebab having a great chilli kick. The chicken tikka tasted as if it had been freshly cooked rather than warmed up. The lamb and tandoori chicken both had good flavour and spice. I also ordered paneer tikka which I would have expected to be cooked in a tandoor. I don't believe this was the case as the chunks were too small and had no skewer holes. By not using a tandoor the texture changes and you do not get the charred tandoori effect. The flavour was ok but I think it just had a bit of tikka sauce smeared over it and cooked in a pan or microwaved. Not worth bothering with next time. All in all a good experience. Nothing really jumped out as delicious as I have experienced in other places (not nearby). I travel a lot and have had some amazing mixed grills and then I have had some awful ones. This place provided an average to very good eating experience. I am not sure I would want to eat in the restaurant. It was quite cold inside and could do with a bit of a facelift. I did also notice a bottle of cheap 2 for £7 bottles of wine (from Iceland) on the side so I hope this is not their attitude when it comes to sourcing ingredients."

AVOID!! Food was 30 minutes late, items were missing and the food we did receive was cold and horrible including uncooked chips! When I called the restaurant they said they would include the missing items in my next order there definitely won’t be a next order from me!

Our takeaway was ordered for 8pm and we were told online to expect it at 8.30. The order turned up at 7.15 which meant i hadn't taken medication that I have to have on an empty stomach. This resulted in me eating mine after the rest of the family. Order missing papadoms and nan bread which we had paid for. For £29 this meal for two was not value for money. So disappointed!! Ordered 5:30pm, 7:00pm nothing, called said it's be half an hour, 7:35pm still no food, called said it'd be half an hour. It's now 8:25pm, I've barely eaten since I've been working all day. I feel lightheaded they're not taking calls anymore, and they've taken our money. Atrocious. Theft basically. We paid for a service we never got and now we are spending New Year's Eve with no meal. Thanks a bunch. Appalling. I'd show you a photo if we ever received the meal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! WAITED ALL EVENING THE FOOD DIDN’T ARRIVE! We called to check ahead to see if Paprika delivered to us and they said they would. I placed an order on JustEat at 6:15pm to be told it would be here by 7:15-30pm. After TWO separate phone calls (7:45pm 825pm) we were told because of the distance (3.4miles from the restaurant, within their delivery offering distance) they hadn’t sent it YET because the driver wasn’t coming in our direction. At 9:15pm, THREE HOURS after the initial order was placed I receive a call to say the order could be brought TOMORROW because the driver was unable to bring it.
