Over cooked poached eggs, dirty cutlery ans glass, cheap margarine on the toast and cheap ketchup. Coffee was nice and staff friendly

I visited this restaurant once and had read some negative reviews beforehand, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and the charming ambiance of the cafe. I would definitely recommend it and plan on returning in the future.

Been going here for months now and ordering 1 slice of toast and a latte including Saturday gone. Been in today and was told I would have to pay for 2 even though I only wanted 1. It was always put through as an extra with no problems but I won’t be going again. View menu

The food at this restaurant is cooked to perfection, I can't find any faults. The staff is attentive and gives a warm welcome. I have been to this venue at various times and tried different items from the menu, all of which were well prepared. Keep up the excellent standards and outstanding customer service.

Visited for the 1st time and both me and my partner had the large breakfasts. Excellent service and it was like a farmhouse breakfast in the centre of Oldham! Lovely big windows to watch the world go by too. I requested no beans and got an extra sausage, which was a nice touch. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. I will go again!

This is a great place. However, when asked for bacon or sausage on Toast, and is repeated back by the waitress you only get bread! and you also advertise on the menu, a POT of tea when you ONLY get HALF a pot and then have to order an extra pot of hot water! Poor service at counter, staff chatting so I had to wait for them to realise I was waiting No able to make amendments to food Staff showed no care, my little girl spilt juice whilst staff serving she didn't even offer to bring a cloth. Burnt milk on coffee which was no surprise as staff no using milk thermometer. staff not even cleaning milk frother which I only realised after otherwise I would have just walked away

I went there yesterday with my boyfriend after a tiring day of Christmas shopping recommended by mum. Service was sloppy, waitress split coffee saying she hasn't slept.. Never changed the coffee cups or sourcers, table was flithy, no friendly greeting. No customer service, overpriced for dry, burnt jacket potatos with bitter coffee at near £19. 70 for two. Won't comeback here, I know better places. Knives and forks turned up before a meal, I've been a barista and waitress this is disappointing.

The service at this restaurant was lacking in professionalism. We went in for breakfast and placed a simple order, but after 25 minutes, our food still had not arrived. After asking about our order, it finally came out within 5 minutes. One of the meals was perfect, but the bacon roll with extras was missing the egg. After sending it back, it returned with the egg but without the bacon. It was baffling how a bacon roll could be missing the bacon. A male staff member tried to blame us for the mistake, even though the order was clearly for a bacon roll with extras.
