"Ordered the ham platter and cheese platter (separate) for €8 each. They were so freaking delicious but quite small for the price (in my opinion), I 've posted pics so judge for yourself. 33cl of nice beer for €4. Took one star because they charged us €2 for bread we didn 't order w/o warning. When I complained I was told they didn 't charge us for the tap water so... Update: took another star because the leaves in the avocado salad we ordered looked old, brownish where they were cut, and there was tops a 1/4 of an avocado in it with 3 halved cherry tomatoes."

Locale gemello del sorpasso, più o meno sullo stesso livello, vini buoni, cucina anche (buoni i taglieri con prosciutto o formaggi, o il roastbeef)... Spazio all'aperto con tavolini molto piacevole... prezzi un po' Altini... Parcheggio non semplice...

Got back late evening after a long day and this placed saved me as other places were closed/closing. Really great food and service was fantastic. Reasonably priced as well considering the quality of the food and being in Rome. Indoor and Outdoor seating and good wine.

Exactly a week ago we ate at this Rome jewel, off a little side street not far from the Vatican. Great wine list, cheese, hams, what more a humble meal could you want, super charming atmosphere with the wonderful Ariana running around with a smile, next time I visit Rome, it's a must

Il locale è piccolino ma si mangia molto bene e il vino è di qualità, il valore aggiunto è sicuramente il personale. There was no room at Il Sorpasso, so they sent us over here (their sister restaurant) and we were so happy they did! We were warmly welcomed, had great service and delicious food and wine! The cheeses and charcuterie were excellent, as well as the mains we ordered. We enjoyed the wine that was suggested to us so much we decided to take a second bottle home. We would definitely return either for a glass of wine and some snacks or for another meal.
